Absolute CRAP. Yourfirstwig is a complete fake. Don’t waste your money. Images and Descriptions of wigs are all fake. The product you receive WILL NOT be the one you ordered so DON’T WASTE TIME/MONEY. Just trust me on this one.

This is the worst wig i have ever ordered. I will not order from this page again. The wig i ordets say it's human hair it's not human hair it's synthetic hair and it's not even pre pluck. I'm so disappointed if I could upload a picture of the wig I would. Don't spend your money on this page.

Order No. WIG00094516. Initially I was intrigued by their fashionable selection of wigs that I was drawn to order two wigs. I waited patiently for my new look until I received two wigs I never ordered. I was extremely disappointed. The sad part is I would never wear the crap they sent me. Please explain how the wigs I purchased using the images on your website turn out to be two totally different wigs???? I contacted Yourfirstwig customer service hoping for this to be a mistake and I would receive the wigs I ordered but they kindly responded with an apology and offered me a $10 refund on my full purchase price of $53.98, oh and to keep the atrocious looking wigs no one would wear. When I wouldn't accept their degrading offer they tried other tactics by warning me how much it will be to return the items. THIS WAS A FRAUDLENT TRANSACTION PERIOD!!! But hey you live an you learn. Trust me I learned my lesson! NEVER AGAIN...You can keep your $10

No response after reaching out
The only problem I have I picked the wrong color when ordering and
Immediately reached out to have the color changed and never got a response. The only thing I got was the wig was shipped. I’m actually still waiting on the wig to arrive. It was ordered on Oct 15, 2023
