The order I placed with the company was fulfilled promptly & efficiently but, unfortunately there was an issue with the item. I contacted them about the issue & was sent an extremely courteous & apologetic reply & details of how I should return the item, which I did.
A replacement followed shortly afterwards with a free gift included.
I am highly impressed with the customer service I've received, the attention to detail & the company wish to make sure you, the customer, are as satisfied as you can be - Thank you!

Avoid this company, their service is pathetic. Purchased a Philips Sonicare ExpertClean 7300 from them. After just a few months it stopped working. I tried to contact them twice but they don't reply. I will now be reporting them to Trading Standards.

I ordered a water flosser from this company as they had the best price and are UK based. After paying I received an automated email acknowledging the order - this was the only correspondence I received. I contacted the company via the form on the website asking when I could expect delivery of my order - there was no response. I then raised the issue via PayPal and got a somewhat unexpected response from the company owner, where they stated that a second email had been sent 2 days after I placed my order. I did not receive this email and despite asking what it contained, the owner has neither re-sent it or explained the content. At no point in the process did the owner offer to send the order to me or give me any idea of when I could expect to receive it, instead becoming confrontational and rude during the PayPal resolution process. I have since received a full refund and will have to look elsewhere for a water flosser. Since placing the order through to refund I have ordered 4 items from 4 different, small online companies, all of which have been delivered without issue.

Absolutely Appalling

Very slow delivery even paying extra for speedy delivery takes nearly a week. No communication from the company whatsoever. No reply to numerous emails. Would definitely not recommend and will be staying well clear from this unreputable company.

AND THE ONLY REPLY FROM THEM IS TO THIS REVIEW AFTER 5 MONTHS!!!! ABSOLUTE JOKE

Happy with the service and products. I was recommended by my dentist to buy a Waterpik flosser. He kindly sent me a basket of suggested products which I bought and it was delivered to my office the following day, as promised.

Absolutely terrible company, do not use them (even if they are the cheapest).
Shocking customer service, the MD himself accused me of lying about a product I never received from them. He also sent me numerous rude emails. So unprofessional. The box the item was supposed to have been sent in wasn’t even big enough to accommodate the item! Honestly, they are shameful. Worst company I have EVER dealt with. Do not use.
