The coach that was agreed was a vip…
The coach that was agreed was a vip coach but this was a standard coach with basic seats which didn't even recline and was very uncomfortable. We paid for a vip coach and was very disappointing.
On the way back the driver was very rude and was rushing us saying he had another hire etc

We are very sorry to hear you had a negative experience, we believe a luxury vehicle was used as per the description on our website however its disappointing to hear that it did not meet your expectations. If you had made us aware at the time we could have looked to change the vehicle for a different one on your return journey the following day.
With regards to the driver, I apologise if he was rude in anyway at all, if he had another collection after your trip, he was I am sure just being aware of the times and would have been trying to avoid being late for his next client.
Thanks once again for the feedback which we do take very seriously and use to improve our service wherever possible.

Staff are great- driver was very friendly and reliable. Only negatives were that the toilet on board the coach was very smelly and we struggled to find the right key to unlock it at the beginning of the journey.

Yourcoachhire was able to arrange a coach for me, even when I called after hours, for an early morning trip the following day, during the peak, summer season. Their coaches are well-maintained, drivers are extremely professional and punctual, and pricing is very competitive. Subsequently, I booked two more trip with them, and each time, they exceeded the already high bar they had set.
Yourcoachhire is most certainly the company I will use for my future coach hire needs.

Great service
Gavin was excellent at organising for us and offered a great price for what we got. We had a last minute mix-up and he was able to accommodate immediately! Sal, our driver, was also great and very friendly!

They could not have been more helpful !! I changed the schedule numerous times and they were patient ! Great coach too.

didn't get the vehicles we had…
didn't get the vehicles we had requested and booked - wasn't told that the vehicles had changed before pick up
didn't get driver details before pick up as promised
wasn't contacted when drivers were at pick up point as promised
drivers late and then didn't know where he was going for drop off

I am very sorry that you had a below par experience,our local supplier did make a change to the vehicle which we believe was down to a technical issue with the original coach, unfortunately we were not made aware of this so could not communicate it to yourself. I accept that the communication in general could have been more efficient and will take on board your feedback as we strive to improve our service wherever possible.

Vehicles were in great condition and drivers were friendly. They got my colleagues from point A to point B quickly and more importantly safely.
Quick response to booking - called Friday afternoon (job was following Tuesday), all booked and finalised by the end of the day! Fantastic service!

The service we received was excellent. During a very stressful and complicated situation, for an important client, a vehicle was sourced in more than one location quickly and with no fuss or added stress.
