This company is a nightmare
This company is a nightmare, stay well clear. They are harassing my elderly mum. She’s never signed anything, yet they have a printed signature. They won’t tell us where they got the data from which is against GDPR, they won’t/can’t give us a name of a data controller, very rude. If you think you have a Previn/M&S claim, I really wouldn’t bother.

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE NO STARS. CAME BACK FROM ABROAD FEBRUARY(WHERE I LIVE) STARTED CLAIM. THEY ASKED FOR PASSPORT DETAILS AND SIGNATURE. 7 MONTHS LATER NOTHING. I CANCELLED MY CLAIM TODAY 25 9 23 ASKED FOR LETTER CONFIRMATION THAT I CANCELLED ALSO TO EXPLAINTION OF WHAT HAPPEND TO MY PASSPORT DETAILS AND SIGNATURE. ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF TIME RUBBISH

Yes the experience I had and with my clams matters was excellent from the stat of my claim to the completion. I never had to contact them they kept me informed throughout the process.they managed to get me some tax return from MHR.

Mishandling of claim proceeds. Additionally on two occasions Your claim matters said " your cheque is in the post, it will be with you shortly". Liars.
Your claim matters received a cheque from HMRC in respect of a tax rebate in my name. It took several weeks to get action from them. However they deducted their fees and forwarded a cheque to my estranged partner then accused me of cashing the cheque. Needless to say I never received the net amount due to me. It is financial misconduct to my mind. Be warned people.

This company is bad!
This company is bad!! I have been with them for about two years, they where looking in to my ppi claim. Nothing happened. But now I just had a tax refund. Overpaid on my tax.
Only £200. this lot claimed £110 for sending my a letter. Desperate to get my name off there books.

Good process but High fees
Positives: Smooth process, hassle free and kept informed. Paid quickly and friendly staff
Negative: fee for successful claim quite high at 48% and I think that should be made clearer at the start of the process as I don’t feel we were made aware that almost half of the money would be fees.
