I was disappointed with the customer service when a missing item from my order failed to be rectified, despite emails to advise me it would be sorted. It was only a small item but irrespective I should’ve received it, after all I had paid for it! Very poor customer care after service!

Amazing. The product I ordered was out of stock by the time my order was placed, I was informed immediately and Your Baking Company pulled out all the stops to supply an alternative and they made sure it arrived on time. A wonderful, helpful business, definitely will use them again. Thank you

I ordered the item on the 17th April and not received as yet (25th)

Amazing service

This review is to clarify a previous review made in error in which I made. the baking company completely completed my order, it arrived in good time and the products ordered were excellent.
I would recommend and use the baking company again

So I ordered some bakers blue rolls on the 13 April 2024, they was fast to take the money.

Then by the 18th April 2024 they issued me a refund without even letting me know a reason as To why.

Now the 22nd April 2024 I've still not received my refund or even the product I ordered.

I think 1* is rather generous for the customer service they have. To not even justify a reason or attempt to get Intouch with me and explain why they need to refund or give me an alternative solution.
Maybe they are out of stock... maybe they have less then the number of stock i ordered... would be good to just let me know and we make arrangements.

Yourbakingcompany went above and beyond in ensuring my order was met. Will be recommending to friends and family. And I’ll be back again soon.

Still awaiting part of the order 2 weeks later. No reply to emails or phone messages

Item missing from my order. Spoke to a lovely lady who promised to call me back, nothing heard again and still not got the missing item.

Prompt efficient service and delivery

Outstanding customer service. I placed an order and there was an error on my delivery, when I rung I was amazed at the level of service putting the error right and dispatching the correct items which I received promptly. Any business can make a mistake but how this company handled was lovely, the lady who answered the phone dealt with the call from start to finish(no passing round to different departments). I would definitely place more orders.

I stumbled upon 'Your Baking Company' a few weeks back when embarking on a venture with my friend, aiming to sell pastry goods for charity during the money of Ramadan. As a newcomer to the world of baking and packaging, I was overwhelmed with confusion regarding the sizes of boxes needed. Fortunately, a phone call your baking company, put me in touch with Cindy and Reese (apologies if the spelling of your name is incorrect), who have since been invaluable people who have helped our business Crave & Crumble flourish.

Their responsiveness is unparalleled – any packaging inquiry I have, they address promptly and efficiently. Orders placed are shipped out promptly, often arriving the very next day. Their service is truly exceptional, and I am deeply grateful for their support. When I initially encountered setbacks and struggled to find assistance from other packaging companies, Cindy and Reese were there every step of the way, providing invaluable guidance and support.

I cannot emphasise enough just how grateful I am for their patience and assistance, especially during times when I feared running out of boxes or enquired about things last minute. They sent out everything they had, so I didn't run out of boxes and always found solutions to the things I needed. A heartfelt shoutout to 'Your Baking Company' for their outstanding service and unwavering support – they have truly made a difference in our journey.

I would highly recommend them for all your baking needs, they are family run business and they are truly exceptional with what they do and they go above and beyond for their customers. I still haven't received my package, and I had to look for an alternative which cost me more

Made an order which unfortunately was out of stock, however the staff were fantastic and informative of the refund process and also when new stock would arrive. A full refund was done without any issues. Great, friendly customer service. Will definitely be using again!

Good communication when there was a delivery issue and rectified quickly.

I ordered several items and one item was missing and i called up several times to ask if it was being sent, i was told that it has been sent out but still have not received it and i ordered these things on 26th march

Great experience with Your Baking Company! I ordered some urgent baking essentials for my wife. The website has a huge range of items available. The rates were superb. I ordered much more than what I initially required. The order was delivered before the delivery date. I am definitely going to order again!

Great company that are passionate about baking and want to support their customers. Not only did this company do a great job but when there was difficulty with an item they went above and beyond to try and help. Would highly recommend as the items were great and the customer service exceptional.
