Amazing customer service!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful through the whole experience. The product I received was also perfect. Will be buying from them again!

Speedy delivery and amazing products

I recently came across their website and was overwhelmed by the amount of product choices they stocked. I then placed an order and recieved a really speedy delivery. The items I received were lovely and I can't wait to use them.

Amazing customer service

I spent over £174 and would spend that again in a heartbeat. The products are of such a great quality and the customer service has been 10/10. I was worried I would not receive my order in time for a cake I had due, I called the number and sent an email. I got a call back within the hour and the lady was so incredible nice and understanding. The lady on the phone explained things clearly and put my mind at ease. They ensured I had my delivery out the next day and explained that the remaining items would be sent with the next delivery. This was my first time ordering with this company and I look forward to ordering more.

I made my first order
The items I ordered were lovely can't wait to use them
They were well packaged came a little later than due date

But contacting customer service .Kay got straight on to it good service and customer care

Order not received and requested refund not processed.

I placed an order on 23rd October for some flower paste for my daughter's 18th birthday cake which I was making. The order status showed as "confirmed" and the money was taken from my bank account. Several days later I had still had no dispatch notification. I looked on the website and noticed a banner stating that orders received after 25th October would not be dealt with until 4th November due to the owners being at a cake convention (note my order was placed before 25th). I used the website "Contact Us" form to ask if my order would be dispatched. By the end of the next day I had received no reply so emailed a cancellation request and ordered the required items from another site (and they arrived the following day so luckily managed to get the cake finished in time). It's now 6th November and I have still had no refund or any form of contact from the owners of this company. I have also sent a message to the mobile number shown on the contact form requesting the refund. This is unfortunately very poor service for online orders; hopefully orders in person are handled more competently. If I do receive the refund I will update this review appropriately, but unfortunately it looks like others have recently experienced similar issues.

TERRIBLE 0 stars

TERRIBLE! Take your money, don't ship the products and then ignore you when you contact them by phone, email, WhatsApp and Facebook. Charge back pending. They could write the book on how not to operate a business!
AVOID, AVOID. AVOID!!!

Rude......

Approach at cake internstional was rude by the lady owner as i had shopped at others stands and not hers?? She questioned me why. Wont be buying from them in the future as other companys are alot cheaper

Terrible Avoid Avoid

Terrible customer service and unprofessional. Sent wrong items to lesser value I paid in a shabby box. Eventually got a call back and she promised to send correct items and confirmation email. Neither has happened.
Contacted the company of the product I was buying directly who said they don’t supply this company & no idea how they are selling their merchandise though all have now been removed from the web site! This amazing company Brigids Cake Room are sending me free of charge the correct items I ordered from Your Baking Company as they feel this is not how other companies should represent them.
I await to see if I receive the items.
Avoid Your Baking company will be reporting to Trading Standards
To date 09/11 recieved 2x Grenache kits free from Brigids cake room. Nothing from still from “Your or The Baking Company “

We do still stock Brigids Cake Room products through a third-party supplier, and they remain available for purchase on our website.

Do not order from this company!

Do not order from this company!!

Both times I have had issues - first time they took my money for an order and then told me the items were not in stock at 5pm the day before my delivery was due..

Then my latest order I have just placed, I paid for 2-4 days delivery and my order still hasn’t arrived. Tracking says the parcel was never sent to DPD and now they are ignoring my emails and not responding!

I’ve reported to my bank as fraudulent as I have not received the goods I paid for. Terrible service and terrible company - be very wary!

Professional,speedy and friendly

Fast, professional service.
Spoke directly with Sindy who helped me with a few alternative items as my usual items were out of stock, she knew her products and offered alternative suggestions along with customer recommendations and best sellers.

One of the worst companies I have dealt…

So disappointed in this company.
One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Really late delivery, after paying for delivery within 2 to 4 working days, missing item and not responding to any of my emails. This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
So basically this company has stolen some of money from me.

Very helpful

I had an issue with my order as 2 items weren't in my parcel however, when i called up they got back to me straight away and sent my items out with next day delivery no extra charge. I’m very grateful and they were a lot of help! The lady i spoke to seemed so nice and she helped me straight away!

Standard delivery is not 2-4 days

Standard delivery is 2-4 days. It's been over a week and still not received items. If you don't have the items in stock please remove them from your website. How am I supposed to fulfill my baking orders when my supplies do not arrive on time. Don't order from this company if you need items quickly.

Customer service …

I asked about an item that I hadn’t received she told me it was on it way gave me the tracking number. Today my item has arrived I find the customer service for this company great most place don’t even have a contact number. Great customer service guys ☺️

Update following my review on 2/10

Update following my review on 2/10: was contacted that day advising my order was being shipped. And, to be fair, some of my order did arrive a couple of days later. But still missing many items….once again, emails, WhatsApp’s etc are not being answered. Comments on their fb page trying to get a response are deleted and I’ve now been blocked! Counting down the days until I can apply to my credit card company for a charge back. Don’t believe the positive reviews you read on here….search for posts on the company on fb and you will see how many disgruntled ‘customers’ they have! It look at Google reviews also! Avoid at all costs.

Terrible company!!!

Terrible company!!!! Still trying to chase a large order I placed WEEKS ago. Not answering my calls, messages, emails, WhatsApps...anything!! Shambles and don't deserve to be in business

2 weeks on and no sign of dispatch

Ordered 4 packs of green icing on 29th September 2024. Still not received at time of writing on 14th October. No communication, no response to email, no answer on mobile number given on website.

Ordered glitter spray for cake…

Ordered glitter spray for cake decorating. They were loose in a box so one was damaged in transit and when opened the parcel was greeted with a lot of purple glitter. Have emailed but not response yet
