Try Evri to deliver!

This is the first time I have used Your baking company. My parcel was 3 days late but when I emailed,they rang straight back and looked into it for me.It actually wasn't their vault but DHL.I suggest 'your baking company' use a different delivery service as they reflect badly on you.Although everything worked out this time,I,ll be reluctant to use again.

I’m placed an order 10 days ago. I have had no update since. It’s not even been dispatched. Not responding to my emails. Never again!!!.

I had had a lengthy discussion with someone via your instagram account who assured me that I would get a refund on the 19th of Feb. I had to communicate via instagram as I had no reply by email. However still have not received the refund or had any email communication. So they clearly have not handed this over? Please can I have a refund. I can show you the messages that were sent on instagram?

Avoid, I wish I had read the reviews. I have not received the goods and it's been a month. No one returns emails, I doubt I'll get my money back.

Great customer service, quick delivery and efficient problem solving

I’m genuinely so shocked to see the bad reviews on here as I have now placed 6 orders with Your Baking Company and they have been brilliant. I had one order that was incorrect (had something missing) and within 24hrs of informing them, they had the missing items shipped special next day for me so, I couldn’t be any happier. I use them for all my cake boards, box’s, piping tips and colour mill colourings and will continue to do so ☺️

Avoid!

My order was not fulfilled, emails and their online enquiry form ignored, telephone line unavailable, no address. I looked them up on Companies House and they’re still active so they are taking payments fraudulently (including a £5 delivery charge!!). They’ll probably go into administration and start up again under another name and the ridiculous charade continues (yawn). So do please avoid this disgusting scamming pretence of a business because you won’t get your goods but you will lose your money.

Don’t buy from here!

Awful company - don’t buy from here. Customer service is shocking. Paid extra for next day delivery, few days passes no communication. I emailed them several times and also tried calling (number listed on their website doesn’t connect). No email response. No message on Instagram either as I tried that route. Finally got through to the owner somehow who was surprised and shocked. Only after this did I receive an email saying the order was delivered elsewhere. Meanwhile I had taken up with my bank to try and get a refund this way as nothing is being done by the company. Again radio silence from them on the situation. It’s a shame as this seems to be a family run business with with poor staff ruining its reputation!

however a chargeback was opened in which we accepted due to you never recieving you order, your order have since been returned back to us almost 2 weeks later and we are looking into why this was the case, we apologise that this caused delays in your baking as we know you purchased for quick delivery

Horrendous customer service & business altogether

Bought from them twice, both times I have had issues. 1st issue, they decided they were not going to send me my order. No response to emails or messages, no communication from them at all. I got in touch with an influencer who was working with them and she sorted it for me (she is 5* mind). 2nd issue, they’ve sent me the complete wrong order. I am not using them again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to use them especially if you’re trying to run your cake business!

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company - took my money failed to deliver and been in dispute for several weeks - I’ve asked for a refund so many times and I’m constantly being strung along. DO NOT BUY wish I’d read the reviews before hand

HORRENDOUS COMPANY

Wish I could have given no stars because they deserve about minus 10. What an absolutely terrible company to order from I’ve been waiting for nearly 6 weeks for my order they DO NOT reply to an emails whatsoever just take your money and that’s it and you can’t speak to anyone on the phone because it’s qn answering service. So I’m going into touch with Watchdog on the BBC because going on by these reviews they are a shower of s..t and I’m absolutely sure that other people are out of pocket as well. Also I don’t know how to go about it but I’m going to get in touch with Trading Standards as well and report this to them. I don’t even believe for one moment that they even have the stock that has been ordered. So I’ve decided I’m fed up of getting ripped off so I’m going to take it further this time.

Order not received and no contact from company

Placed an order on 16th January for sugar topper clouds to put on my daughters birthday cake.
Delivery 2 to 4 business days with a £5.99 delivery cost.
Item not received as at 29th January. Have not replied to two emails sent to them or replied to their contact form I filled in on their webpage.

AVOID AT ALL COST; AWFUL COMPANY.

I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for an order that should have only taken 2/4 working days. I’ve sent numerous messages, emails etc but nothing. Awful customer service.
Please avoid this company at all costs, they are happy to take your money not send your items.
Wish I had read the reviews before hand, I will never order from this company again.

If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are scammers and you will not receive your order no matter how many emails and messages you send. Absolutely shocking way to run a “business” I have been waiting over a month for my order and don’t get any response to my emails! The number to contact is void aswell!

I wish I had read reviews before buying. So annoyed at myself for not checking first!
This deserves no stars
Bought 2 flavorings, only received 1. They weren’t cheap either. 2 weeks to arrive!
Emailed 3 times no response.and now they have blocked my email. I had a email back saying they blocked me
Avoid at all costs!
Idiot (the polite word I’ll call them)

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! placed an order and communication is terrible. They do not respond to emails, the phone number on the website is not valid (just beeps) so no way of contacting. Finally received my order after 2 weeks with no communication with items paid for missing which was made obvious by the lack of highlight on the delivery slip and other items incorrect. Absolutely no attempt to refund missing items or no way to contact to resolve the incorrect goods and obtain refunds. Now left out of pocket having to order elsewhere

Do not recommend.

Ordered £50 worth of goods on the 13th of December - still haven’t received items.
After multiple calls and emails, I had a response assuring me that it had been posted, but that I could have a refund if wanted.
That was 16 days ago now, and I haven’t had a response re refund, nor have I received a refund or the items. So disappointed!

Placed an order on the 22nd of December and still haven’t received my order. Delivery Indicates 2-4 days. I have called and emailed many times and no one has responded. The negative reviews are completely accurate. First and last order with them. I just need my refund
