Lady on the desk was so lovely and welcoming and really helpful on the phone prior to my appointment, sonographer was equally as lovely, very professional and went into a lot of detail and we got some great photos of our bundle of joy! Thankyou so much again x

Great experience at your baby scan. I could not find anywhere that had availability over the weekend so this was fantastic. The sonographer who did my scan was lovely and the waiting area is great especially for those needing to bring children along.
I didn't realise there was a front entrance so i had to walk through the store to get to the internal door which I would have really like to have been informed prior but other than that there were no issues :)

So friendly and attentive. We did a reassurance scan at 9 wks and picked here at random and I couldn't have been happier. We then did a gender scan followed later on by a 3d scan, I am now due in 3 weeks and felt like I needed a bit of reassurance again (or just couldn't wait either way lol) and once again so helpful. Would highly recommend.

Third time I’ve used your baby scan in Crewe for a scan, couldn’t recommend them enough! Make you feel so comfortable and talk you through everything!

Had such an amazing gender reveal scan… my little boy and mum got to come too which was just perfect. We got 2 small cannons and a heartbeat bear. They were amazing keeping everything hidden as they knew we didn’t want to know until we had all our family and friends around.

Absolutely amazing experience!! Had a secret gender scan with 3D/4D staff was so friendly in the widnes shop, would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking a scan! Thankyou ❤️

Very friendly staff, explained everything to us that was on the screen and also what is expected for your gestation, for example I’m 28 weeks and 3 days and they told me that my twins were measuring at 28 weeks 4 days and 28 weeks 2 days which is all fine and normal which is nice to know.
I also had one very uncooperative twin who kept covering their face, so I was allowed time to go and bounce on a ball to try and get them to move. The sonograph tech didn’t stop and persisted until we finally got a face shot.
I took my 3yr old with me to see his twin siblings and even though he was a tad restless/excited the staff didn’t batter an eyelid and just let him do what he was doing.

Had a wonderful experience at my gender scan. Baby didn't want to show what sex they were but after bouncing on ball we got there..

Slightly worried though as when I was leaving someone was at the desk saying that they were told different from you to what hospital said. Hope its right gender for me as I really wanted a girl

Can't fault the team. Had a reassurance and gender reveal scan today after some minor bleeding and pain. The receptionist was really friendly and welcoming and the sonographer was amazing. She knew exactly what she was talking about every step of the way and pointed out everything to us. Finding out the gender in the room was just so magical for my husband and I. Would absolutely recommend the team for anyone who's worried or anxious about their little one

I had the best experience with Your Baby Scan! We are first time parents and didn’t know what to expect when attending the appointment. The team made us feel so comfortable and it was just an amazing experience getting to see our baby’s heartbeat! The photos were really good, and we got to choose the best ones to take home (as part of our package). Thank you for everything!

Elvie, the sonographer is friendly and patience. Everytime we visit the clinic, she tried her best to capture the baby. Although we could not capture the whole face due to baby’s awkward position, we are very happy with the scan experience.
Receptionists are lovely, booking system works well, comfortable space for scans.

Always nervous before a scan as it’s not been smooth sailing for us but on our few of visits here it’s been great, and it’s never rushed! Hopefully will squeeze another scan before the end

We have been to Your baby scan a few times now over two different pregnancies and each time it’s been fantastic. Friendly staff, environment is very lovely and clean and welcoming. The sonographer we had was brilliant, very thorough and great at explaining everything. Highly recommended
