Reece and his team did a chimney removal and chimney repointing.

He came to quote the job next day, his price was clear, transparent and competitive . Communication was great, he explained exactly what he was going to do, how long the works would take.

Once complete, his team cleared the job down well, he took clear images so I could see the detail of the work completed. Overall I found the service excellent and would highly recommend. Smooth and hassle free.

Unfortunately not reliable. Promises for a quote, promises for drone to inspect the roof, promise to call back. None materialised. Went to another local roofer who replaced my roof.
Additional information requested today.
Nick visited on 27 Feb - early afternoon. Said they will use a drone in a few days. I sent a follow up text 4 March 13.33pm asking when the drone was coming. No drone, no answer to text. No phone call. Initially I asked for a quote to repair the roof. Perhaps the job wasn't big enough? RS are not the only roofers but at least have good manners and be reliable.

Due to the horrible wind and rain as of recent my flat roof had been blown off into the back garden, I had been recommended roofing solutions, got in contact with Nick and his team and they came to view the damage, explained what needed to be done, they put a temp cover to stop any leaks until the scaffold was up, as soon as it was up they got straight to work, Nick and team are polite and professional, thank you very much

Previous builder walked off our property and left absolute bad condition of roofs and both Nick and Tom ripped off all incorrect work and made our roofs back to safe. The finishing was great too!

All their work is absolutely professional, hard working, they are very kind, polite and friendly, quick responses to text and emails with report after work. I was really relief all changes they have made.

Requested a quote for roofing repairs which which Nick came and went on the roof to look at the job unlike other roofers who just did a quick visual look. He repaired the roof and went out of his way to do extra work which he did not charge for plus gave me advisory remedial work which would need repairs done in the near future. So far pleased with the experience and most likely use them again.

Roofing solutions did a job for my parents and with them being older I worry about them maybe being ripped off but I was so please with the work that was done, they was given a quote and was told the best option for them, witch worked out cheaper than we thought it was going to be. Good, honest, hardworking, reliable.

Roofing Solutions completed two jobs for me in the last two weeks. The work was completed to a high standard, all debris was removed and things were left clean and tidy.
Nick and Tom were here on time and had no problem working in adverse conditions.
The work required was explained to me with supporting photographs, followed by written estimates sent by e mail.
