We've had a noticeable uptick in engagement since starting working with them. The creators and CSM working with me have been flexible and on time with different launches. Excellent show of professionalism so far!

Our ads are performing much better on TikTok than Meta. KPIs this month are CPM $6 CPC>$0.12 CTR 4.3% CPA $13.7.

My team is my family, and we go on vocations every year, usually in march and every time we couldn't enjoy ourselves much because we still have to run ads and post videos about our products and manage our social media specially TikTok,and this time we found them and we delighted these tasks to them, and they did post many videos with better designs then we actually used to do. i can see from analytics there is improvement in the overall performance. Really Appreciate their efforts!

What a nightmare! They made a lot of promises, kept none of them. 8 weeks in, we had no usable content provided. They told us they had a vast network of creators, but in 8 weeks, they offered us 5. None were even close to fitting our brand or brand values. They said they would have a comprehensive plan, yet, they never provided any plan. They charged us $10K, gave us nothing. Our rep even told us we would be refunded after the owner failed to show up for a call that he scheduled. The owner then proceeded to not refund us, and charged an additional $10K to our credit card. He then became completely unresponsive and disputed us when we disputed the charges on our card. These people are scammers. You have been warned.

My experience working with YWS has been great so far. My only tiny complaint is that I wish I had done more work with YWS consistently. However, I look forward to more opportunities to work with more brands and to continue to grow as a content creator. My goal is to be able to work with YWS full-time. I'd love a full-time job creating content.

We were looking for the social media agency, then YWS contact us with a great portfolio. The result is a lot lower than our expectation and their promises. The company is not organized, the team vent forgot about us after they done with the 90 days content. They will make sure you pay the money upfront because they have a freedom to mess up their work. Please be careful before you work with this company.
