They erased €350 worth of points when i took a break from ordering every month. I didn't know that that could happen, because they don't communicate this. Because I was waiting to order the rain drop kit which wasn't on stock for a year... They didn't give any service when I contacted them about this, so I lost this balance I saved by spending money for years. Really bad company with a pyramid system with overpriced proiducts.

I love the products, but over the last few years customer service has gone from great to almost non-existent. Every time I contact them they basically tell me there's nothing they can do and to be more careful or check my order sooner (even if I checked it 24 hours before it processed.) It's becoming such a pain I'm thinking of canceling my account.

Es lo mejor que hay en el mercado, he leído algunos comentarios de personas que hablan sin saber de estos aceites, los comparan con otros mediocres y quieren que tengan el mismo precio… supuestamente se han gastado un dineral, miles de euros, pues para no gustarte, ya tardaste, no? En fin, que la gente tiene muy mala baba. La que quiera algo de calidad TOP, sin lugar a dudas es aquí. Trabajan a nivel físico, emocional, energético… te invito a conocerlos bien, de la mano de una buena asesora ( qué las hay) y entonces sí, opinar con conocimiento de causa. Feliz día!

ESTAFA. Los aceites son carísimos y no cumple las expectativas que te prometen. La página es complicada a la hora de hacer los pedidos , hay varias formas y es muy fácil equivocarse. Los pedidos llegan tarde y mal...ya he tenido que ir a un punto a recoger mi pedido varias veces. Llevo 9 meses acumulando puntos para regalos y por equivocarme ,,según ellos al hacer el pedido no me han mandado los regalos ,con lo cual no compro mas en Young living...INFLAN LOS PRECIOS DE UNA MANERA DESORBITADA...Cualquier aceite en un herbolario vale 4 veces menos.

La relación calidad precio muy mala. El programa de recompensas esenciales un engaño, para que compres sin ser consciente de que estás gastando un dineral. En menos de tres años, gasté más de 6500€ en productos. Las distribuidoras, son personas sin formación para este tipo de productos, y te cuentan barbaridades como que ingieras aceites mezclados con agua, o que los mezcles con alcohol para hacer brumas, y así inhalar el etanol, potente tóxico, para ambientar sin tóxicos. Todo muy poco coherente, y lo peor, es que pones en riesgo tu salud, y pagas un dineral por ello.

Gesolliciteerd als winkel medewerker ANWB in Apeldoorn. Resultaat ? AFGEWEZEN, VOLDOE NIET AAN DE EISEN. 50 jaar verkoop ervaring, veel verkoop trainingen gegeven bij bedrijven zowel telemarketing als fysiek, eigen boetiek gehad, gediplomeerd Nordic Walking trainer en dan te horen krijgen, je voldoet niet. Je ergste leeftijdsdicriminatie.

I called in days in advance to skip the month of January. They said it was taken care of but then I get a charge to my debit card which put me in the red with my bank. Then, I incurred an overdraft fee. Since YL took so long to refund me the amount they owed me plus the overdraft fee, I incurred yet another overdraft fee. So, that makes a month I have not been able to use my debit card for groceries & it's put me in a real bind. I've been a dedicated customer for years but they are about to lose me over this. They do not provide good customer service. Multiple times I called to ask for a manager and all I got was let me check for you, never allowing me to speak to a manager to get this handled. Once I use up my points with them, I am done!!! Beware of this company.

Young Living handelt fragwürdig und ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Ich habe bei Young Living eine Bestellung aufgegeben und sie nur wenige Stunden später widerrufen. Trotzdem wurde mir fälschlicherweise mitgeteilt, dass ich meine Bestellung ohne eine PIN nicht widerrufen könne. Das ist rechtlich nicht zulässig, und erst nachdem ich auf mein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht hingewiesen habe, wurde mein Widerruf akzeptiert.

Da das Paket bereits versandt war, schlug ich vor, die Annahme zu verweigern, um den Rücksendeprozess zu vereinfachen. Die Ware ist mittlerweile seit über anderthalb Wochen wieder bei Young Living eingegangen, aber ich habe keine Rückerstattung erhalten und musste selbst nachhaken, damit überhaupt etwas passiert. Hätte ich mich nicht selbst darum gekümmert, hätte ich vermutlich gar kein Geld zurückbekommen.

Als ich schließlich eine Teilrückerstattung erhielt, stellte sich heraus, dass Young Living unrechtmäßig 10 % des Warenwerts als „Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr“ sowie die ursprünglichen Versandkosten einbehalten hat – obwohl das gegen geltendes Verbraucherrecht verstößt.

Ich musste mich erneut beschweren, um mein vollständiges Geld zurückzubekommen, und werde nun den PayPal-Käuferschutz einschalten.

Alles in allem ein sehr fragwürdiges Geschäftsgebaren, das Verbraucherrechte ignoriert und Kunden zwingt, ihr eigenes Geld aktiv zurückzufordern.

I was VERY careful to order only ONE time (no subscription). Yet Young Living sent me another bottle anyway!
I called, and they're going to send me a return label - and going to waive the return postage - and going to refund my credit card. We'll see whether all this happens - or not. What a PAIN! Now I have to do all this follow up.
My advice - do not order from this company for a one-time purchase.

Sie kosten, aber ich finde das sind sie wert.

I bought some essential oils from Young Living on December. When I received the parcel, I noticed that the label on the Sacred Frankincense essential oil bottle was placed upside down and halfway off.
I’ve discussed with CS and returned it via their assigned courier Yodel on 21/12, however there has been no more status update since 24/12. Have checked with Yodel which looks they have lost my parcel at some point. I then contacted Young Living and they replied me that they are not taking any responsibility and will not make any refund as they have not received the return parcel.
This is absolutely ridiculous as this return was initiated due to a defective product, it is unreasonable for Young Living to refuse responsibility or deny my refund because the courier is selected by YL who failed to deliver the parcel.

Update on 10/1: Thank you for the follow up from Olexandra. Have got the refund. Much appreciated.

La gestión de los pedidos es bastante mala, tuve que pagar 2 veces el envío para que me llegara a pesar de que el fallo fue de ellos.
Los precios están inflados, el marketing que usan las distribuidoras es que sus son aceites más puros y los suplementos naturales y más concentrados, vamos que sus productos son mejores. No es cierto, he encontrado productos de mayor calidad a un precio un poco más bajo. En resumen, mucho marketing y pocos resultados.

Seit 2008 bestelle ich die Öle. Ja. Sie sind teurer geworden. Die Qualität ist geblieben. Und ich schätze die klassischen Mischungen, die Gary Young noch entwickelt hat. Peace & Calming, Believe, Sacred Mountain, Abundance. Valor, Transformation. Sie sind Dauerbrenner für mich. Jetzt wieder die Bibelöle. Ich empfehle sie immer noch gern.

Dankbar für diese Öle in meinem
Leben, die mir einige Medikamente ersparen. Sehr hochwertig und ein tolles Unternehmen was dahinter steht.

Öle sind sehr teuer, habe auch schon die Erfahrung gemacht das nicht alle helfen, im Internet kann man auch nachlesen wenn man eine bestimmte Summe bestellt keine Versandkosten bezahlt, dabei werden sie in Wirklichkeit immer höher wenn man mehr bestellt! Ich lasse in Zukunft die Hände davon!

Seite ist sehr veraltet und langsam funktioniert fast nie und das Kundenservice ist schlecht geschult und darf keine Auskünfte geben!
Ich traurig für so eine alte Firma dass hier nichts investiert wird. Auch für Menschen mit Behinderung gibt es hier keine Möglichkeit! Traurig

Hochwertige ätherische Öle.

Ich bin Brasilianerin, lebe seit 25 Jahren in Deutschland, habe jahrelang nach qualitativ hochwertigen Ölen gesucht, um meine Sehnsucht nach meiner Heimat zu stillen und meine Suche fand erst ein Ende, als ich Young Living-Öle ausprobierte.

Terrible experiencia, ha sido agotador intentar que sepan solucionar un problema de SU compra online. Me creé un usuario, hice un pedido de 91€, me cobraron el dinero y no me llegó ninguna confirmación ni seguimiento. Resulta que mi usuario no les aparecía aunque tenía el e-mail de Bienvenida, y no podía volver a hacerme otro porque me decía que el e-mail ya estaba registrado. En definitiva no fueron capaces de solventar el problema y enviarme el pedido, tras un mes de e-mails, he conseguido que me devuelvan el dinero. No han sido capaces teniendo el dinero en su cuenta, y yo queriendo los aceites, gestionar el envío. Cero recomendable, pésima capacidad de gestión y atención al cliente. Por muy bueno que sea el producto, este tipo de cosas son igual o más importantes. No sé si en USA funcionará bien, desde luego en España: Nunca más.
