VARNING för vilseledande beskrivningar på hemsidan
Jag beställde ett Basic startpaket, som enligt hemsidan ska innehålla "10 provflaskor MED olja". Flaskorna var tomma. Det står också att paketet ska innehålla "roll-on-kulOR". Det innehåller EN kula.
Ca 500 kr för varor som är värda betydligt mindre, och de vägrar envist att bekosta returfrakten (vilken skulle kosta närmare 300 kr, till Nederländerna). De vägrar också att skicka de oljor som hemsidan utlovar, och de vägrar att ge mig någon som helst rabatt.
De bryter mot svensk och europeisk konsumentköplagstiftning och har ingen som helst avsikt att göra något åt det, de ändrar inte ens den felaktiga informationen på hemsidan.

Impossible to Contact Company
Very disappointed in YL oils current customer service. Love their products and have been a member for years. Trying to place an order online entered all information including credit card hit submit and no order confirmation. Called and told by pre recorded message 3 hour wait time to hold. Waited 3 hours and no answer . Attempted chat waited 11/2 hours. No reply. Emailed and no reply. I never had any issues prior to recent company changes. I am curious if they are trying to eliminate previous members whom they agreed to give 24% discount. Any one else experiencing problems?

Update at the end
Every time I order from Young Living which isn't often, I have nothing but issues with them. And I mean EVERY time.
This time I wasted days and hours calling, doing live chat and e-mailing over and over again to find out WHY I hadn't received my order confirmation after the person I ordered from said it was sent.
They don't even have a ding on their live chat so you have no idea when the person comes online because it takes them 30-45 minutes each time.
So they literally EXPECT you to sit and stare at that tab doing nothing else but wait for them to show up because you have nothing to do with your life, THEY are more important than you are (the customer.)
And even if I tell them what I need and tell them NOT to leave before they give me the answer and I will get it when I return, they STILL leave without giving me the answer.
Finally on the phone I got that information, then I never got the e-mail with the tracking number.
Again, calling for 2 weeks straight, live chatting 4 times every day trying to get an answer and e-mailing.
Finally I get someone on the phone who has to reach out to the shipping department. That takes THEM 8 days to respond to me after she e-mailed them.
Then I'm told that it will take another 48-72 HOURS to ship my order. It's now been almost 2 1/2 weeks and I don't even know if THAT is going to happen.
And they blame it on their new site.
It's all a lie.
What does the shipping department have to do with their new site?
And why does it take an hour to get someone on the phone each time?
And why can't they hire MORE staff if they are so busy? I'm sure there's many people who would want the job.
And why every single time I order there's always an issue and the staff doesn't know what they are doing?
I asked for a refund of some of the price of what I paid after I spent so many weeks and hours chasing this terrible company.
He almost canceled my order. OMG
I got $10 because this is very greedy company.
I didn't bother speaking to a manager because I didn't want to waste more of my time, stress myself out even more only to be told they wouldn't give it to me.
Let's see if my order EVER GETS SHIPPED.

Look what I found on at least 2 of the blends I was just about to order (see at the end.)
And now I can't order because I'm shipping from the US into Mexico and my package forwarding company is freaking out saying no we can't ship dangerous EOs!!!

I know the mafia government is behind this, but instead of YL blaming it on the mafia government, they have to fear porn everyone that they are keeping everyone "safe." LOL Yeh right.
Every time a company mentions the word "safety and security," you know it's all a lie and propaganda.
Young Living doesn't seem to care, AND they won't let their oils go to some states (I don't know which ones) or military bases.
I demanded articles proving that these oils are flammable, and the PH girl, because they probably fired all of their American staff, says they have nothing.
So they are marking oils DANGEROUS, but have no proof they are dangerous.
Yup, that makes total sense to me.
I've been buying YL oils off & on since around 2004 and NEVER EVER had these issues.

100% rein und das spürt man
Seit über 30 Jahren beschäftige ich mich mit ätherischen Ölen. Vor gut 5 Jahren durfte ich die Öle von Young Living kennen und lieben lernen. In ihrer Qualität, ihrer Reinheit und Wirkung sind diese Öle mit Abstand die Besten. Ich verwende sie therapeutisch und in meinem Coaching. Im Coaching unterstützen sie meine Coachees und helfen deren seelischen Blockaden aufzulösen. Als Meditationshilfen bewirken die Öle eine Tiefenwirkung und grosse seelische Stärkung. Kein anderes Öl hat so eine unmittelbare Wirkung, dies dank der absoluten natürlicjen Reinheit, der sehr hohen Eigentesonanz. Durch das persönliche Kennenlernen von Mary Young ist die Vwrbundenheit zu den Ölen nochmals tiefer. Young Living vertritt eine sehr hohe ethnische Philosophie.

The good and the bad
I love the oils and several of the products - like the lotions and hand soaps. Thieves is pretty much the only cleaner we use in this house. So far, I can't get behind all of the makeup. I've tried the mineral powder foundation and the liquid makeup and I haven't fallen in love with either. None of the mascara options have worked for me, they all smear and leave black tints under my eyes. I do use the bronzers and the blushes daily and the eyeshadows whenever I decide to do that much makeup.
I ordered every month for over a year and a half, and in that time, I've had 1 bad run in with customer service who refused to refund a bad bottle of the copaiba shampoo. However, I've also had great experiences - like when a bottle of liquid foundation arrived in a damaged bottled and was immediately replaced.
Since it's a MML, I had to sign up under someone else, and much to my surprise, I have never been pressured to try anything or spend any more. I've been able to ask questions and learn about natural, non-toxic options for my household with NO PRESSURE. One thing I will say, is that if you are new to non-toxic/chemical free products, get more than one person's opinion on an item before you buy because the transition to learning to love products that look and feel different from traditional products takes time.
They are currently having some out of stock issues, but to be fair, what company and industry isn't with the fall out of production/supply chain from covid? I can't really fault them for that at this time, but I hope that it gets worked out soon.
The last thing that I will say is that I miss the free bottle(s) of oil when you spend $100. They opted out of doing that recently and I would rather pay $6 for shipping and get a free oil then get free shipping for my $100 spent. Besides, getting free oils made me try those oils and then add them into my orders later. Now I don't get any free oils and I don't plan on ordering any new ones to try, I will just stick to the ones I already know.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Ölen von Young Living und auch mit dem Kundenservice!
Da sich hier darüber aufgeregt wurde, dass es ein "billiger" Kunstoff-Diffuser ist, möchte ich einmal darauf hinweisen, dass man sich auch den sehr, sehr hochwertigen Aria Diffuser kaufen darf, aus Holz mit Glaskuppel, allerdings ist der natürlich dann auch preislich höher 🙌🏻
Ich habe mit den Ölen super tolle Erfahrungen gemacht und hoffe das viele Menschen diese Kraft der Natur für sich nutzen🙏☀️
Zum Kundenservice kann ich nur sagen super lieb, sehr bemüht und hat bis jetzt immer alles super geklappt 🌱💚
Völlig überteuerte Preise
Völlig überteuerte Preise, sehr schlechter Kundenservice und abartige portogebühren. Für ein totaler Reinfall und ich kann diese Firma nicht empfehlen. Die Raumdefuser sind mehr als billig in der Optik! Ich war völlig entsetzt! Bloß nichts kaufen, außer man steht auf teuer und billiges Material.
Certain things NEVER in stock
I bought some of their deodorant and liked it so I got talked into signing up for the year membership knowing I'd be needing more deodorant and if you are a member you get a discount. Every time I have gone back on that website (which is about every week for months and months) they have only had this deodorant in stock ONCE. A lot of the other ones are out of stock always also. What a scam. Won't be signing up for their "membership" again.

Young Living - ein besonderes Konzept
Auch wenn Young Living ein doch etwas eigenartiges Vertriebssystem hat, die Öle und meine Erfahrungen dazu sind spitze! Ich bin immer wieder überrascht, wie viele "Wehwehchen" und Themen unseres Lebens wir mit diesen Ölen lösen.
Was ich allerdings schon glaube, man muss sich damit beschäftigen und vor allem den Sinn von ätherischen Ölen verstehen. ♥
Billig-Diffusor und fragwürdige Verpackungen
Verpackungsmaterial und Material alles andere als umweltfreundlich: Hochglanzdruck auf viel zu großer Verpackung und ein Diffusor aus Plastik, der nicht nur billig aussieht, sondern auch billig verarbeitet ist. Er lässt sich nicht mal so zusammen setzen, dass er gerade da steht. Für fast 50€ viel maßlos überteuert. Leider lässt diese Tatsache an dem Wert der Öle zweifeln. Eine Firma, die mit Naturverbundenheit in die Werbung geht, macht sich auf diese Weise unglaubwürdig! Wenn ich teure wertvolle ätherische Öle vernebeln will, dann will ich, dass das ganze Konzept umweltfreundlich ist. Und schon gar nicht stelle ich mir einen Plastik-Diffusor in die Wohnung, der aussieht, als käme er vom Billigchinesen um die Ecke, wo ich sonst unverpackt und plastikfrei einkaufe und auch in meinem Haushalt nichts mehr aus Kunststoff kaufe, was nicht aus einem nachhaltigen Material hergestellt werden kann. Das schlimmste ist, dass man aus der Beschreibung auf der Internetseite keinen Hinweis auf das Material gefunden hat und die Fotos unscharf waren. Ich hatte dem Konzept als Ganzes vertraut. Aber ich bin enttäuscht.
Never not buying
I am never not buying essential oil and fragrances. It is my way of dealing with stress and anxiety. Young Living recently became popular with its grandiose packages, offering variety of products you could actually mix and match with freebies! I like how I have my freedom to curate my oil for sleep for waking up, or for simply relaxing. It can be a bit pricey though. So, bye wallet.

So far, not impressed. I bought the initial kit and it hasn't arrived. It's been 3 times the expected time and Young Living keeps throwing excuses like "it's the current delays in your country", when the tracking clearly states that the parcel was never scanned in my country, even though all my oyher parcels are here on time. It's missing and Young Living is not owning up to it. Customer service is terrible since they're telling me, the customer, to contact the courier myself and then, to contact them back with an update, expecting me to pay for international calls. I'll be pushing for a replacemement or for a refund and I will not tolerate any excuses. Just very bad!

mussten gigantische Strafen in USA wegen panscherei zahlen und öl aus illegalen quellen. die akten dazu sind öffentlich (einfach mal googlen) . auch ein warnbrief der amerikansichen nahrungsmittel und gesundheitsbhörde (FDA) an young living steht öffentlich einsehbar online. trotzdem verkaufen sie ihre überteuerte PANSCHE als "reinste öle der welt" und falschen gesundheitsverprechen um damit denen, die nach jeder hoffnung greifen gigantsich das geld aus der tasche zu ziehen. Der firmengründer war auch davor schon wegen betrugs bekannt, young living war dann sein Meisterwerk.

I was kicked out of the store, for not being clean enough. I was wearing a decent shirt from H & M and then some jeans and yes I did have sandles on with a mask. Then who ever the blonde hair owner is kicked me out and called me very rude names for "not being clean"
Life Changing!!!
My wife bought their diffuser and it was life changing. It helps to sleep well using the lavender oil and makes room smells nice! Would recommend getting their items!!!
