paid fast shipping and 3 days later they still preparing my order we no email telling when they going ship my order

I purchased a single ebike rack. It arrived and seems fine so far. Included on the order was a hitch lock which did not arrive. I was notified that it was out of stock but would ship in April 2026. We are now starting June 2026. No lock. No notification. No communication to multiple messages. They do not provide a contact phone number so only recourse is via email .
Really poor customer service. Think twice before ordering.

we bought this bike rack for a trip with our new E bikes. Two months into it, we have had the straps break that hold the bikes in, the bike fell off the rack twice and now is damaged beyond riding capability. One arm holds one bike in tightly. The other arm is loose, no matter what we do to tighten it, so it sways terribly on the back of our rig.Countless countless calls to customer service With promises that they would return our call. We took videos, emailed, and no one responded. We took the bike rack to a few companies to see if they could help us make it tighter and fix it. They said just call the company… that it might be just missing one of the washers that keeps the bar tight. We keep calling the company. Finally they said it wasn’t Young electric it was e-commerce. So we wrote to those people. Still no response. So now we have a bike rack that is loose with broken straps that don’t latch up tightly, and a damaged bike and we’re 3000 miles from home and still no response. I’d say it’s pretty much a worthless product if we can’t get it to work properly.

I just purchased an Ebike rack from them. I must say that these racks are really strong and sturdy carrying 2 bikes with a total weight of 200 lbs. There's another company that is selling the same model but Young Electric sells these racks which is less expensive than the other. I highly recommend getting it from them.
