Well, i have to say that my experience with Young10 has been totally positive.. starting with the first person that I spoke with (I can't recall his name at this moment) but he was pleasant and very detailed to what I would expect... Then, I was assigned to Kim, and with all honesty, Kim is fantastic! She keeps me informed with how my company is ranking in Google..
