I recently bought 4 pillows, two of them were hotel quality. I have never felt pillows like this, absolutely brick had and full of small hard pieces of what I take to be bits of foam. They are absolute rubbish. I wish I had opened them sooner so I could have returned them but was waiting for room to be decorated. If I went onto a hotel and got pillows like this then I’d be asking for a refund. You need to check the quality of all items that you’re selling.

Order item on 24th November , You know who’s did not bother to ship until 2nd December , now Items are out of stock . Really bad company to order with .They do not care about customers and did not even email me to tell me goods were out of stock . Do not buy from here .

Very pleased with my order, good quality pjs , happy with what I paid, arrived in a reasonable time, when checking on delivery of orders on the account it is very basic and you cannot seem to track your order, but it did all come and was fine…

I'm really upset and disappointed with the company,they used Yodel to deliver and my parcel has been delivered to somewhere random, still no response from you know who or a refund. Unacceptable customer service.

I have had some wonderful items from this company and have never had a bad experience. The quality of the items is first class ,I would recommend it to anyone.

Although order arrived in a timely manner, there was an item that was the wrong size. Despite ordering a 3xl tshirt, a 2xl was sent. I have contacted customer service numerous times to rectify this, I have sent photos, explained that their returns hub system won't let me tick the box to return & all I get is a link to the returns hub. Nobody seems able or willing to sort this issue out.

I’ve now ordered from them twice and have been really impressed both times. The first time, I emailed to ask why I hadn’t received a dispatch email after 5 days, and they responded within 24 hours. They explained they’d been experiencing a high volume of orders, and my order was dispatched just 3 hours later which I was really pleased with.

My most recent order arrived today after I placed it just a few days ago, so dispatch and delivery were super quick this time. They also have some amazing offers, I managed to snag 5 lounge pants and a sleep tee with the Yours Clothing tag so Yoursclothing must have sent you know who's some of their stock, I got them for just £40! Since there was a sale at the time, I was over the moon since I usually shop at Yoursclothing anyway.

I’ll definitely be buying from you know who's again

My favourite dress of the summer- I love it snd so comfortable. Good value too!

Excellent dress, fitted well, soft comfortable fabic, can be dressed up or casual.
White stuff chino, lovely cut, material and colour. Absolute bargain, so pleased with the saving.
Sweet bee design tea towels, small but jolly and inexpensive.

I placed an order but never received it. When I chased it they said it had got lost with the courier so would refund my money, just waiting for the money to be refunded.

Ordered yoga hoodie which was great. Bra was smaller than I buy in M and S in same size so returned. Track suit ordered with joggers, sweater and hoodie but U was sent 2 joggers and 1 hoodie. Didn’t like the fabric - polyester and very sweaty and creased with just trying on so returned all 3 items

I was looking to buy some cargo trousers and found some on You Know Who's. They appeared to be just what I was looking for. They arrived very quickly and were indeed from Marks & Spencer. They were an absolute bargain!
