avoid. Stayed in one of their apartments in rome. The apartment was OK but showed signs of tiredness and wear. Main issue was the noise, apartments above us shouting and talking so loud until 3am each morning. They clearly sit up and drink every night. The location of the place is a dump. Communal areas are a dump. Felt very unsafe here. People yelling from windows etc, very dirty surrounding streets. The worst was getting a false 300euro damage claim on air bnb 2 weeks after we left clearly chancing his arm.
Sent 2 photos that were taken on 2 totally different phones probably years apart, The 'Damage' was worn leather from years of use on a sofa, the way leather starts to almost crack away. It wasnt ripped or scuffed, it was worn, it was left how it was found. Thankfully air bnb kicked the claim out.

Had a quite unfortunate experience with them ...

First tried to contact them on the AirBnb page of the apartment. After 1 message, they stopped responding me.

Then my girlfriend tried to contact them again on AirBnB, same story.

Found the apartment on their own website, and asked the same questions, did not receive any answer before I called them to ask about it.

We were then promised the apartment by mail, but shortly after, we noticed that the apartment was booked by somebody else. Note, we had to find this out ourselves, we received nothing from the company until we asked them about the situation.
And then we were told that somebody else had booked it, and that we could not have it. After we were told we could have it.

Generally, very poor communication skills.
