Many customs issues...
I can not recommend orders for buyers from EU countries with a value >150€ (including shipment costs). At least pay with PayPal so you have the customer protection and can request a refund from PayPal as the customer service is non existent.
The store charges VAT which is then not forwarded and you have to pay VAT again when importing and you also get additional issues as the declared value of goods is not correct.
Customer service is unresponsive regarding those issues.
Yostar should improve on:
-Fixing their double VAT charge issues for orders where the value is below 150€ but with shipment costs above 150€.
-provide an actual useful customer service
