The price is very reasonable. The lens was made in Japan with very good quality. Communication and service is good. Timely delivery updates on my order. Shipping time is longer than big companies but it is worth the wait. I would purchase from this business again.

This is another review since I got separate order and shipment. If you want a new cameras and lenses, this is the place to shop. There are some negative reviews out there which make people nervous about this company. However if you have little patience and not in rush, just place order and wait. You will not be disappointed. My communication with customer service was fast and pleasant.

Bought 3 Canon C80 cameras from York Lenses. Was concerned because of other reviews but the price was worth giving them a shot. The cameras arrived in about 12 days from ordering. Yes direct from overseas, but came with adapters for the Euro wall plug which was nice. Everything else is as it should be. There was zero difference except that I saved almost $2000 per camera over buying elsewhere. I haven't used their warranty service but at this point I would certainly buy from them again. If you want to save big money and don't mind waiting a few days more to receive product York Lenses is great.

Order was shipped on the fifth business day, received on the 9th business day. Not like they promised shipping in two business days, but the total delivery days are ok. Product is new, not NA version, no problem for me with the good price.

I was honestly very hesitant about placing my order at first. I spent a couple of weeks going back and forth, trying to decide whether I should trust the company. During that time, I came across a positive review on Facebook and decided to message the person who posted it. He kindly replied and shared his experience, mentioning that they can be a little slow to get started, but once the package is with FedEx, delivery is very fast. (In my case, everything moved along just fine!)

Based on his feedback, I decided to place my order. Shortly after ordering, I received a thank-you email, which was reassuring. I chose not to send multiple follow-up emails—I figured that if I could wait a couple of weeks to decide, I could certainly give them a week to process my order.

About four days later, I received an email letting me know my order was in progress. Two days after that, they informed me that I would soon receive my FedEx tracking numbers. Three days later, I received two tracking numbers—one for the lenses and one for the Canon R5 Mark II.

Overall, I’m very happy that I ordered from York Lenses (saved $$$$). The communication was clear, the process was smooth, and everything arrived as promised. A big thank you as well to the person who took the time to respond to my message and help me feel confident in my decision.

I will definitely be ordering from York Lenses again!

It is not expected to have a different language that this seller seems to allude. There is no offer of a return policy. Now I am not even sure of any warranty. The seller advertised a 2 year warranty. Who would I reach out to in case of failure of product?

Being on a very limited budget I did lots of research & scoured the internet for the very best deal on a Nikon Z8 & matching 180-600 lens. About to finalize a purchase through a well known camera store, i decided to double check one last time by simply Googling 'Best price on Nikon Z8' and noticed a company appear I hadn't earlier seen, York Lenses. Their prices were by far lower than anywhere else, and after finally getting through with a rep on the chat message window, I found additional savings were to be found at checkout for buying 2 expensive items together (camera & lens) Indeed I saved an extra aprox. $175 on top of close to a $1,000 less over nearest competitor. I decided to place my order & that's when the scary, uncertainties began! After the initial confirmation e mail, things went silent, & fears of maybe i was scammed ( too good to be true started haunting me) . Trying to contact anyone was next to impossible, even with testimonials on their website of great customer service failed to be true. And after discussing with a few people, the consensus was 'fake website' , scammed! There were only a handful of followers on social media so my daughter was almost certain it was a scam. I held onto a glimmer of hope being they seemed very new & that's what i clung to, for them seeming quite unorganized being the issue. And worst, the provided customer service ph # was never answered, always going to a bizarre voice msg. I was so worried I called Visa security & got wheels in motion to possibly put in a claim as it had been over 10 days & still no updates, or confirmation #. Long story short, FINALLY a glimmer of hope with a long awaited e mail stating a tracking # would be sent to me after the weekend. And at exactly 2 weeks in, one appeared , Phew! Things now started feeling legit again, and it did finally ship all the way from Hong Kong, but did arrive another 7-10 days later. I had zero issues with lengthy wait as was SO worth it for the unbeatable price. BUT OMG Please work harder on transparency & customer service reassurance, York Lenses!! So 4 stars for price that was miles better than anywhere else, product all perfectly packaged & arrived in pristine, obv. new condition. But no star for strange interaction, ghosting ,& mysterious customer service, phone line seemingly not even theirs. Finally, during the stress of wondering if i'd been scammed I checked reviews ( yes that should have been done before ordering, my bad for rushing!) And that was scarier yet, reading a few others were going through the same silence, some also stating 'SCAM'. Obviously it wasn't for me , but I'd recommend being cautious & trying to verify concerns through a phone call with a rep when they hopefully have their phone issues resolved!

I was a little nervous ordering from this company as I hadn’t heard of it before, but the price for the Nikon P1100 was $200 less than anywhere else, so based on recent reviews, decided to give them a chance.
The camera came quickly-about 8 days from Hong Kong, with regular updates along the way. It arrived well packaged and sealed and we are very happy with the camera and with the experience!

Ordered a SONY RX100M7 camera back on Feb 5 from York Lenses. Communication with them regarding the order and Fed Ex shipment delivery information were promptly notified through by emails. Product has been safely delivered and received on Feb 13. No complaints.

Read the reviews some calling the company a scam but I can confirm they defenitly aren't! I ordered a Canon R6m2 and it said it would ship within 2 business days, that ended up being like 5 business days before a shipping label was created. Once Fedex picked up the package it came fast, it beat the ETA by one day, so no complaints there. Just be patient and trust it will eventually come your way. The Camera box was well packaged and arrived unscathed, properly sealed from the factory! No issues, brand new, I would definitely order from these guys again. 5-stars!

Was told my order would be shipped in 2 to 4 days. 2 weeks later it still hadn't left the store. I canceled the order and was offered no reason or apology for the poor service.
