lack of responsiveness
I was unable to reach anyone in a timely manner. This lack of responsiveness highly unacceptable, and only added to my overall dissatisfaction with the booking experience.

I booked the property on booking.com
I booked the property on booking.com, they reached out to me to book directly with them, offering free late check out and price discount. The property was in nice location but all Bins outside(they had 4 of them) were filled with empty bottles, meaning there was a party at the property before were rented the property, there was a dirty towel left in the washing machine. We spent 9 days, left the property undamaged, only to receive a message that they are withholding our deposit of £250 because a mattress was stained. They sent a dodge picture that could have been taken anywhere. We asked for the before picture of same mattress, till now nothing has been provided.
Beware of this property, they are out to rip people off. They have stopped taking our calls.
