Its always great ordering from Yokaiju. They have such great stock in their store, their shipping is always reliable and quickly sent out (mostly sent out the next day!) and their customer service is the best I've experienced from an online store before. What more could you want?

Customer service like no other!
Ok let's get the easy stuff out of the way first: My figure was exactly as described, packed with care and I am so glad I chose Yokaiju because I didn't have to pay customs in contrast to the other places I used to preorder figures from.
But here's what sets Yokaiju apart from any other relevant store: Amazing, A-MA-ZING customer service. None of that frustrating copy-paste automated emails or messages, and having to verify the same details and wait again and again. It was actually one of the very few times I felt that the person on the other side cared about resolving my issue (shipping related, not the store's fault btw) in the best way for me. They were quick, paid attention to detail and were genuinely friendly. If I could I would give them a galaxy worth of stars, not just the 5!

I love the hand written message in my order. The fact that someone transferred my name to Japanese, literally made my day. The manga was cheaper as well from other competitors. Definitely would buy from here again.

A great place to buy manga!!
I ordered volumes 3+4 of Chainsaw Man from here and it arrived so quickly!! It was packaged really well and had such a sweet personalised message inside that made me smile :)

Excellent company , will defo buy from again
I’ve been looking to buy some manga but struggling to source the newer issues and I came across this website , I don’t regret it , I got the issues I needed plus treated me and my brother to some Japanese pokemon kinder eggs , and they even included a cute thank you card which was personalised to me and showed me how to spell my name in Japanese
Even the cat was happy as she got the box they got sent in 🤣
