The little note was nice to read, and the packaging was done very well; The mangas I bought I’m very happy with, once I’m able to I’ll definitely purchase more!

I’ve found many new anime merchandise retailers as of late, but even so, Yokaiju is one I will not forget and surely return to. They offer a nice amount of products for lower prices than most other retailers I have come across. They have free shipping for over £30 spent, which was quick too. They put care into packing items. I ordered a Pop Up Parade figure from Yokaiju and it was sent in a much larger box compared to the figure. The box wasn’t left hollow or anything but the product was encompassed by thick “packaging” paper (??) protecting it. I don’t mean to throw shade but I also bought another Pop Up Parade figure from elsewhere and they put it in a perfectly fitted box, making the figure really susceptible to damage 😟. OH! And we CAN’T forget about the sweet little note they also pack in there, with your name in Japanese! Mine came on a sticker however as they had ran out of cards, but I also got another sticker in the box too! Definitely recommend! And you will probably catch me ordering from here again soon! 11/10

Quick delivery. My second order with this company. My first order with them went missing but this was due to the courier not the company. I had a speedy response and a full refund and a good will voucher for my next order so overall very happy.

First time using Yokaiju and I wasn't disappointed. My item arrived fast and in perfect condition. It came with a very nice note inside which was very well received and shows that this company cares about their customer relations.

I had a small issue ordering and the support got back to me faster than I've ever seen elsewhere (within minutes) and sorted my issue so easily with no hassle at all.

Having used a larger competitor of theres and had the exact opposite experience (item delayed with no communication, support taking over a week to reply, all despite higher prices), I'll personally use Yokaiju now as my main source for figures and merch. Cant over state how happy I am with the service. Cheaper, faster, easier. I have zero complaints.Wish I'd tried them sooner.

I absolutely love this shop, i mainly purchase my manga from here and its always in amazing condition, they're always so nice and as a return customer their handwritten thank you cards are so amazing to receive, their shipping is always quick and I love earning points from every purchase that I can later use. I'd 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
The only fault i can find with them is that they don't always have every issue of manga available so you may have to wait for them to restock but for me that's not a problem that would decrease their value as a business, it just goes to show how popular this site is.

Really great experience. I was hesitant at first as I had never heard of yokaiju, but I am extremely happy I decided to order from them. I was after edition 10 of One Punch Man as I couldn’t find it anywhere! They had it, and it arrived just 2 days after I ordered which I was very pleased with.

They even gave me some stickers with the order, along with a hand written note personalised to me and my order. They also wrote my name in Japanese which was amazing!

Came across the website in search for a figure I’d been desperately searching for, was a bit skeptical at first – as the price seemed too good and the figure was susceptible to counterfeits, but also because I’d never heard of the site before. But the great reviews ultimately swayed me and I put in my order alongside a few candies (because who doesn’t enjoy Japanese candies?)

I was contacted the next day after my order to let me know an item I’d ordered was out of stock (not the figure, just one of the candies) which was not only refunded but also replaced with something similar, which I really appreciated. The customer service was also super friendly and overall a very pleasant experience – shoutout to Fareed for being a wonderful person to speak to. 😊

Package arrived very quickly and, of course, the figure was genuine and the candies were great. I have the website bookmarked now and look forward to purchasing from them again!

My most recent purchase was a big boy Eren Jaeger statue, who they kept me super informed about so he could tatakae his way to my collection ASAP.
Their prices are insanely low, probably because as manga/ anime lovers themselves they know the struggles of collecting any type of merch.

You can definitely tell they love what they do and they deserve this incredibly long and soppy review because they're genuinely one of the best shops I've ever bought from!
