Absolutely great experience with Yokaiju!
Absolutely great experience with Yokaiju, the items were packed really really well, I’ve never ordered books that have actually looked new they’ve always been slightly damaged on corners or the spine however every item I received looked impeccable.
The order was posted and delivered very quickly within 3 days which was great and unexpected. The box itself was well packed with bubble wrap and paper to fill out space which protects the products really well.
The prices are great too, some of the cheapest you’ll find, and they say they’ll also price match other online stores which is a bonus.
The little extra badge and message in the box were nice too.
Thanks and I’ll definitely be ordering from here again I can definitely recommend them to anyone!

Very helpful especially as i had priced checked a few items in my basket, but they changed the prices, and i am very pleased with the purchase, which arrived very quickly and safely boxed!

Amazing company
Amazing company! I ordered a Hatsune Miku figure, they had posted and delivered it all within a couple of days 😁 When I opened my parcel, it was well packaged to avoid damage, I found a kaiju sticker and a thank you note with my name written in Japanese, which I thought was pretty cool! I'd definitely buy again from this company 😊

Great service! Worth everything ☆☆☆☆☆!
My book came 4 days later after ordering, it is in great condition and was definitely worth it. I had tried looking for the book on a different website and they were selling it super expensive! However Yokaiju had it at the same price i bought the pervious volumes. I'm very happy with this and will buy again!
Little note though, while they had loads of manga, the one I always read they only had 4 of (black butler) wish they had more so I could support them but either way, I'm super duper happy c:

No complaints overall
No complaints overall, just in very minor points.
Pre-ordered in nov 2021, good email and communication to say when pre orders would roughly be due in and then further emails to say it was in stock and if I could balance the owing amount left after deposit.
Shipped within 24 hrs, arrived safe and sound.
Only complaints (and they’re non-starters really) is to have tracking available for packages when posted and a better UI for the customer dashboard and orders. It isn’t always easy to navigate or things aren’t where you expect them to be.
All in all a great experience though
