Hidden Gem
I had searched everywhere for a certain nendoroid and these guys had one left in stock! It was posted and arrived very quickly. They were super friendly and are willing to help with any questions. These guys are a true hidden gem and will be using again

Great Service!
I can't remember where I came across Yokaiju but I'm glad I did! It was my first time ordering from them (I ordered on a Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday which was so much quicker than I expected) and the 3 volumes of Haikyu which I got came bubble-wrapped and then placed really securely in a cardboard box. They even wrote a really lovely note and chucked in a really cute sticker as well! I would definitely be shopping with Yokaiju again and would recommend them to anyone!

Just wow - such great customer service!
Wow - discovered Yokaiju by accident online and am so pleased I have. My 2 children (12 and 10) are anime crazy and the Yokaiju Crew have been nothing but super helpful! I made an error in my order and they came straight to the rescue to fix it. They went the extra mile when I explained that it was a birthday present for my eldest and they asked his name so they could write him a note (and wrote his name in Japanese) which was lovely. I can't wait to go back on and order something for my daughter whose birthday it is in 3 weeks time. The Yokaiju Crew is super efficient and provide an extremely friendly customer service which seems to be lacking in alot of companies these days. Well done guys!!!

One of the best in the business!
I recently pre-ordered some Kotobukiya figures from Yokaiju. A new store that I hadn't heard of before.
Communication has been fantastic. From the moment I placed my pre-order I was kept up to date, every step of the way. They even arrived earlier than expected.
The team at Yokaiju are collectors themselves, so it was great to see when my items did arrive, they were really well packaged and protected.
I am so glad to have found this store. I will definitely be using them again and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Definitely will buy from them again! I was a little hesitant about buying a funko pop since I've had bad experiences with other companies in terms of packaging and I let them know my concern and they took extra care and the pop arrived in perfect condition!! The manga was bubble-wrapped too. Really happy with my purchase :)

Amazing company
Amazing company! Shipping was fast and efficient and they also give you a nifty hand written card with a unique message and your name in Japanese on it!

Quality Manga Delivery
Ordered One Piece Volume 1 in Japanese on Thursday evening, got notification of shipping the next day. Package received on Monday morning. Moreover, the packaging was outstanding and protected the volume very well

Brilliant customer service!
Really impressed with the customer service I have received from Yokaiju!
I preordered a figure via them in September which, for no fault of their own, was delayed until this month. However, Yokaiju personally kept me up to date on my figure's whereabouts, sending me regular personal messages to let me know what the current shipment status was (and a photo to let me know that she'd arrived!). I appreciated this greatly; they truly go above and beyond for the satisfaction of their customers. Will definitely be ordering through Yokaiju again!
