The driver was a theif!! He stole my parcel. My tracking said my parcel was delivered with a fake photo to support it.. that door was not mine. It wasn’t anyone else’s in my neighbour either even though my delivery address was correct!!! Avoid at all costs please. These yodel drivers will steal your parcel and claim it is delivered. That’s you lost out on something you paid for because such workers are thieves. Just remember what goes around comes around. Hope your mum gets stolen one day lol!

Every time I order something and get the email confirmation and see that its YODEL handling my deliver I instantly know its gonna be terrible service. 3 times I have had my delivery scheduled for a day, wait and watch as it says im closer and closer to next delivery, only for it to get to 9-8 and then say 'oops sorry we missed you but we left a card'.. Lies obviously. Dread seeing this company being used when I make a purchase online.

Not for the first time, I encountered problems with the delivery of goods I ordered. I received an email to say that my parcel had been delivered through my letterbox. This in itself would be a miracle as it wouldn't fit. I was in at the time of the supposed delivery so I knew that it hadn't been delivered to me.
After a lengthy conversation with customer services, it turned out the tracking wasn't working on the van (I got the same excuse last time) so they would have to conduct an interview with the driver (who of course would remember a specific parcel).
Following day they email me to assure me it was delivered to my address and placed inside the black box for parcels, I have no such box.
While at work I have contact from someone in a completely different street saying she has found my parcel in her black parcel box
Yodel are still adamant it was delivered to my address
One word ... LIARS!!!

No card left, shop.on the ground floor hasn't seen anybody at all. Absolute disgrace, no information regarding driver or a number to contact them. I cannot go pick the package up as THERE IS NO CARD TO TAKE WITH ME!!! Rubbish company, I do not understand why anyone uses them.

I've had two delivery's from yodel in about a week and I had the same driver on both occasions, last week the courier rang my intercom (I live on the 1st floor) I was just coming out of the shower and answered it and he said to me I have your delivery and could you come downstairs for it, I told him no as I've just got out of the shower and could he bring it up and then he said could you come halfway for it I said no again telling him I just got out of the shower when I opened my front door he was halfway up the stairs and wouldn't go any further, I had to get my parcel from him half-dressed and then he moaned at me that he was parked on double yellow lines, he could have easily parked on the property as there are places to park there and the parcel was only small. Today (20/09/22) I had another parcel being delivered from Yodel I was hoping it would be a different driver but when the courier came it was him and again he said could you come down for it I was in the middle of doing something but I went down for it he stood at the front entrance with the van next to him and just handed it to me, all I can say is thank god he doesn't deliver anything heavy or there would be trouble. The royal mail often delivers parcels to my door with question or complaint and always with a smile and a hello. If I was Yodel I would look at replacing this driver as he is trouble waiting to happen.

Yodel lie. I ordered an item and paid for next day delivery. At 09.00 it said there was a slight delay with the driver but it would be with me soon. I rang customer service at 8pm who gave me the drivers phone number rather surprisingly i thought but the driver didn’t answer and ignored my text. I was assured by the customer service that my parcel would arrive that day but it didn’t. Next day was Saturday. I thought it probably wouldn’t arrive but tracking said it was being loaded on to a van at 10.30am and to check back later for further updates. It showed it was being loaded on to the van for the entire day. I am beyond fuming. I’ve had keep my music down all day and not go out as I need this item. Same for the previous day. I would be less annoyed if they didn’t send tracking update lies. At least I could get on with my day. Beyond annoyed. Automated phone lines after that and web chat that tell you exactly what the tracking link tells you. It’s all smoke and mirrors.

I had a attempted delivery.No card left. I got a email saying I would get it tomorrow.It didn’t happen. I contacted them and they said I would get it today.Just checked tracking and it says I have changed delivery to Tuesday. I did not do that Terrible service. I will be letting the supplier know.

I then got in contact and arranged for a re-delivery on a specific day which never happened. Now they are saying i should collect from the depot !!! Clearly someone is lying. Absolutely shocking customer service from these crooks.

Would rather given them no stars but unfortunately can't driver posted my parcel to conviently can't remember where he then comes to mu door said he went to a house but my parcel wasn't there and he thinks he remembered posting it through my letter box which he didn't spoke to a neighbour who said he spoke to them and yet he told them he wasn't the actual driver who delivered the parcel he was just following up the complaint which is a lie because it was delivery driver because it was the same one who came to me and said he thinks he delivered to me seriously worst company

Shocking and outrageous!!
I didn’t want to give a star but couldn’t proceed without one…this is an absolute sh.t show of a company that shouldn’t be trading at all..!! 4 days my daughter has been waiting for her parcel after requesting next day delivery. Then on the 4th day, after umpteen phone calls she gets an email to say the parcel had been delivered when it hadn’t..!! Still waiting for delivery. 5th day tomorrow.!! The tracking is also a joke. We were 2 stops away for 4 hours and still not received it tonight. The first day they said it wasn’t delivered because he couldn’t find our address, yet the tracking placed him at the roundabout right by the flat. He probably couldn’t be arsed to get out of the van and have a look. Please people…don’t use these imbeciles…it’s not worth the stress. Yodel..you can shove your parcels right up your jacksey!!

Tracking said it was delivered yesterday afternoon (no delivery was made, so a clear lie). This morning, the driver did not knock to see if I was in and left my package outside the front door (in clear view of the street), where it could have been stolen. It was a box full of Lush items, so if had been raining, the items would have been ruined.

Lied About my Delivery
I got an email today to say my parcel is out for delivery so I check the tracking. All is well until suddenly I see it says attempted delivery but refused due to damage? My camera that shows my front steps and the road says otherwise. No Yodal van/driver ever showed up on my (main) road never mind went up my steps, so who knows what's happened? Of course today is a Sunday so I can't contact either Yodal or the Open University who sent the parcel. I didn't even know the OU sent via someone so unreliable. I hate Yodal even more than Hermes, and try to avoid as much as possible buying from anyone who uses them. However, I had no choice with the OU, and I guess I will just have to contact them tomorrow and ask them to resend. Via Yodal again no doubt.

Appalling. Left the wrong parcel on doorstep - then when I phoned to find out where my parcel was, he hung up!!! So now I have someone else’s goods and I paid for next day delivery because I need my items urgently.
No service whatsoever. If you’re a business don’t use Yodal or you’ll lose customers.

Firstly 1 star is 100 times Too many. Expecting delivery 2nd Sept. Driver claims delivered, sends photo to seller. Also claims put card in door. Both downright lies. We were in all day. Next out for delivery(supposedly) 6th Sept, even had the cheek to show a map where driver was a mile away(stayed there!). Since then made enquires every day. Help line as useful as a fridge in the Artic. Latest states Newton depot full of parcels. No doubt to not delivering them. Now 5.30 Friday 9th. What a shambles of a firm. Only someone of limited intelligence would use Yodel. A pack horse would be quicker. Payment taken 26th August, where the article remains is a mystery!
