As many people do when shopping for Christmas gifts, I started early. I gave my daughter three items from the site. The items were too small for her, and I reached out for an exception to the return policy since it was a Christmas gift. I informed them that all items were brand new with tags attached, and never worn. They would not budge on their policy. even though it was a Christmas gift. Dealing with other reputable companies, early purchases are always honored for exchange of size or refund during the holiday season. The items that I purchased are items that they have on their website continuously and have sold out in the past. I lost close to $300.
They told me they are small business. For a small business, this isn’t how you keep a customer happy. This is how you lose a customer.

I ordered the Girl Dinner scarf for Christmas and love the scarf but it smells horrible. I washed the scarf and the smell still won’t come out.

So far I’ve only made one purchase, but wow have I been impressed with the quality of items, speed of delivery, ease of returns, and the quality of customer support! I had debated buying this sweater from them for months, but finally took the plunge. My order arrived super fast and I was blown away with how thick, soft, and flattering the sweater was and the quality of the other items! I can’t go anywhere without being stopped in my tracks constantly by people wanting to know where I got it.

I had to do some exchanges on other items, and the process was easy and fast. When I had a (totally self inflicted) issue, their team went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me and I really appreciate it. I’ll be a loyal customer and continue referring everyone I can!

I purchased a scarf to give as a Christmas gift. The scarf in the advertisement looked like it was of good quality and thick and warm. The scarf cost $58 so I thought it must be very nice. Boy was I wrong. The scarf I received was so thin you could see through it and looked worn out and used. I reached out to customer service and they told me through an email that all scarfs were final sale items. No where did I see while purchasing this scarf that it was a final sale. Horrible way to treat unsatisfied customers!

Bought a size too small and they exchanged it super easy, no problem! They have quality clothes and beautiful work and that is reflected in their customer service as well!

This company shipped my package to the wrong address and even after sending them a screenshot of what they did they denied it and refused to call FedEx to change the address. I guess small business owners are incompetent and no wonder people are loosing faith and rather order from big companies.

Terrible- my order never arrived. Yllw The Label said I have to contact shipping company. Shipping company said I have to contact Yllw the Label- just passed from each with no resolve and no care. Still no refund or item. I would not recommend spending your money on this site- horrible experience and out of pocket with my time as well trying to fight for a refund which should not be the case

Really happy with my order! I received an email saying it was being shipped from their warehouse the same day I ordered it - love their designs!

Cute, high-quality, but extremely small sizing which is not properly displayed on site. My sister bought me the "Able Short Onesie-Body Green" as a gift. She ordered me a medium originally as I typically wear a small-medium. The medium was extremely small on me, the straps absolutely crushing my shoulders. She then exchanged it for a large (I have never worn a large in my life), and it was still tight. I could have used an XL but felt bad asking my sister to exchange again. If the sizing is going to be extremely smaller than average, the sizing needs to be more clear on the website.

Honestly I’d guess they’re drop shipping. The quality was really poor and the sizing was completely off.

This company is a scam.

I ordered a 3 piece set for almost $100 and inadvertently had a typo in my shipping address. I corrected it and sent an email with the correct address less than 3 minutes after the order was placed. When I did not receive the order, I contacted customer service who apologized as my request for a change of address got "caught in their spam folder" and told me they nevertheless could not provide a refund or reship the product, because their FAQ's clearly state they aren't responsible for doing so. 0/10 would recommend purchasing anything from this site.

Poor experience. No returns on jewelry - super cheap, tarnished immediately even when not in water.

Avoid this business completely. They are intentionally trying to scam customers with delivery and returns. I paid $64 for next day delivery as I really wanted the items for Coachella. I read the 48 hour processing time on their website which should have been fine but the delivery took over a week. When I followed up with the courier, I found out that the items had been sent as ground instead. I did receive a refund but they acted like they were so shocked and had no idea how this happened when I can see from the reviews that they've done this to other people. The sizes are a JOKE and honestly just a complete disrespect to women as whoever is running this business obviously considers 130lbs bigger than XL. My return was also rejected and they sent me a terribly written email about me not mentioning a stain at delivery (?) with some passive aggressive photos of a few hairs circled. I requested that they send the items back again if they are going to keep my $127 but they will only do this if I pay another $17 for delivery - despite their original delivery scam and terrible customer service!

I’ve recently purchased 4 items and the fit for items is whacky. I was about to return two items but after readying the reviews below I will save myself the headache and have the items tailored myself. Avoid this company,

Didn't deliver me a shirt and won't refund me. They sent me 2/3 of my order, and when I was asked to show the receipt, they said that the receipt showed three shirts even though I only received two. Essentially accusing me of lying.

Do not purchase from here! You are fine if you end up liking your purchase, but if not, you are met with a HUGE headache trying to get a refund. Almost two months after my original purchase and I am still fighting with them trying to get my money back. NOT WORTH IT.

Horrible quality. They look cute but quality is NOT worth the price. These are cheaply made. Reminds me of SHEIN clothing.

The products are well made but they fail to tell you if you want to return it's store credit only I absolutely can't stand that and I would of never shopped there had I known. That should be posted at checkout and they tell you that you will receive a full refund to credit and then in the following paragraph they claim to take $5 restocking fee.... like seriously that's not a full refund, restocking fees are just another way to take more money from you not pleased with this buisness. Will not be purchasing from them again until that return policy changes

Very shady business. Essentially no returns. The site does NOT clearly state that the returns are only for store credit. The quality is awful. Ali express for $150 prices, hence no returns. The sizes are way off, so impossible to find the right fitting, L will fit a middle school kid. In order to get the store credit you have to upload the pictures and it’s at the seller’s discretion to grant a store credit. Ridiculous. Stay away.

Customer Service is beyond bad. Any response is an attempt to patronize the customer and end the discussion. Do not believe any dates or shipping expectations. DO NOT PAY for expedited shipping. They have a "48 hour fulfillment promise" which even if they do not keep, they blame the carrier, then when the carrier does not deliver it anywhere close to the same time, they ignore and shut down the conversation. I was told to contact UPS if the order was late! I ordered a dress, paid for 2nd day delivery, the confirmation of fulfillment came 3 days later, I have all the emails, customer service is still telling me it was within 48 hours. The package was then delivered 5 days after the confirmation of a shipment is on the way email. 8 days later I received a single dress that I paid an extra $11 to receive through 2nd day air. No surprise, refunds do NOT include the shipping costs! Do not try to continue any conversation as the final response I received was "Our team will no longer be engaging in this conversation." Absolute garbage.

Dress is fine, not worth $100+, find similar dresses on Amazon for $30
