My journey began when the contract was changed to involve a different provider within the first year, and this decision was made without my approval.
As of now, rental income is low and only seeing slight increases each month.

We experienced a professional and reliable approach, including regular written and video updates. The agreement honored in the defined time frame.

So far this has been a great experience. Lawrence has been helpful and the process was straightforward and transparent from start to finish. Looking forward to working with Yieldinvesting again.

I recently saw i J’s review from 14 Mar 2025 and wonder if those issues were ever resolved.

I’m currently researching assisted living / supported living schemes and finding that it’s not as hands-free as promised by Yieldinvesting, and the property situation is quite different from what I understood at the time of purchase.

If anyone (especially i J) has an update, or can share how things were handled, it would be very helpful.

Debating whether to continue or exit, any insight from anyone appreciated please.

Most companies perform well in good times, but you can distinguish the ones you can truly trust during tough times. I bought a hassle-free flat from YieldInvesting, but unfortunately it was the wrong timing. The management company failed to pay the rent. YieldInvesting, however, stood by me (and other investors as well), backed up their product, and took the initiative to resolve the issue.
Mr. Mohammed was, and always has been, on the other end of the line, which gave me great relief during that difficult period.25 years is a long time, I am sure there will be other challenges along the way — and YieldInvesting seems to be the right partner to walk that path with.

Terrible experience with this dishonest company. I was sold a property with certain agreed terms. After 5 months and property still not delivered, they offered an alternative property but changed the terms and denied having offered me the original terms despite having a contract in hand. I wasted two sets of legal fees.

Yield have been very supportive and helpful with guiding my investment decisions. Their presence is always in the background so that they can assist when needed but don't bombard you with unwanted suggestions. I know that I can rely on their knowlege should I need it in the future.
