I have bought a few welders from Yeswelder and love the product and the support.
I own car washes and have used these welders have become our go to welders when working on conveyor systems that have 275,000 cars roll over them annually without any issues, use their rods too.
I recently made a mistake with a shipping address for an order so I contacted Yeswelder as soon as I noticed, Raymond got back to me quickly and took care of my mistake.

I had a question about inverter generators to be used for my CT2050 and DP200 YesWelders. I received the answer to my questions the next day from Ana. She was definitely helpful and responded very quickly. I find this true every time I I have a question and YesWelder is there to help.

Firstly, the representatives at this company are fantastic. Ana, who was absolutely outstanding delivering professional and speedy resolution to all my questions and recent order of my MigPro250. It is a great feeling to know reps like Ana still are out there when making a costly purchase. A small snag in the delivery but Ana, was at attention and made sure my order was re-directed to my address the next day after the weekend. Fantastic work. The MigPro250 is a super reliable and precise machine that is with no issues from the first inch of wire used off the role. I used the machine for a couple hours this weekend and I was amazed how the machine would leave a smooth non-spatter outcome. I am absolutely happy with this purchase. The MigPro250 can certainly be used in high demand severe conditions and lead the MiG equipment pack, without a doubt.

Bought a cut-65NS plasma machine, being a farm our state has no sales tax for ag producers, couldn't locate process for submitting proper form, left a message to that effect @ 10:26, Response from ANA with instructions @ 11:30, I attached form to response email @ 10:46 next AM, response from ANA @ 3:46, approving form and refunding sales tax. OUTSTANDING customer service from ANA, also inline with reviews concerning customer service read while researching machine and it's capabilities

A bevy of Facebook ads and YouTube reviews convinced me to get a new MIG welder. Ordering was easy, and after some confusion with tracking updates, I sent support a note. Raymond was supremely helpful, investigated on my behalf, and got me a solution within an hour, on Thanksgiving evening. I’m thoroughly impressed and happy for the help. Looking forward to burning some metal.

Got the DP200 from Kickstarter. Welder works great and is very user friendly. After a year, the screen went bad, likely due to it being the first generation of a new model. Contacted customer support and Ana took care of me. Got a replacement shipped out and tracking shows it’ll be here about a week from the day I called customer support.

I initially thought I had not received my entire order so I contacted YesWelder. Raymond, the customer service representative, assured me that the package was coming in 2 shipments. The missing package arrived a few days later. Knowing that YesWelder stands behind their great products with knowledgeable and efficient customer service makes me comfortable to purchase future products from YesWelder.

Raymond handled my concern in a timely manner. I ordered the DP200 from Yeswelder. 4 days after I ordered it the DP200 went on a Black Friday sale. He offered me a gift card for the difference which I felt was more than reasonable. The timeliness was all handled within 24 hours over a weekend which I was also impressed. Thank you Raymond.

My experience with Ana from YesWelder has been incredible! I could not find the 7 in 1 Plasma Cutter available anywhere, (Probably due to demand) but she was able to get it to me in time for a very important job! A huge THANK YOU to the YesWelder team!

I had an issue with an order that I thought was an overcharge. I contacted the support group at Yeswelder to dispute the charges and chancel the order. Ana contacted me and explained that the charge I saw was inaccurate and explained why it showed what I saw was a price without the internal discount. Ana was responsive to my inquiry very polite and seemed like she really cared. Because of Ana in the support group I changed all my welding purchases to Yeswelder from their competitor.

Ordered a ct2050 and it arrived with some shipping damage. I emailed my issue and Ana was very quick to respond and handle the issue very quickly. I deal with many companies, and they should model their support like yeswelder has done. Thanks again for the help Ana!

Raymond was very helpful in providing a tracking number for the welding unit. There was a bit of confusion with the initial tracking number that was linked to the regulator that arrived via USPS. The welder arrived yesterday via UPS.
