I had a query about DP200 operation. I had feared that it might be contentious, but Ana the customer service representative was the epitome of professional and superbly proficient. Not only did she address my query in totality, but she gave me additional information to seal my decision to buy the DP200. I also made some suggestions to which she was extremely receptive. Having your company listen to its customers is getting so rare these days, it is very heartening to know someone will still listen. And this is not the first time, as I had questions when purchasing my YesWelder plasma cutter which were likewise fielded very well (and it might have been Ana also!). As a very satisfied owner of a YesWelder plasma cutter, I’m looking forward to staying in the family with a new DP200, and barring any issues (which I now feel will be minimal at worst) recommend YesWelder over the other cheaper welders. There is a saying, that you get what you pay for and usually less. I think that applies to their other cheaper welders out there, but I think YesWelder has found a way violat that rule and give you what you pay for and more! I recommend YesWelder.

The first thing to note is the customer service is top notch. My unit was damaged during shipping and fortunately I purchased the shipping insurance that covered a replacement unit. Ana in customer service helped me through the process from start to finish and she was always prompt with her responses, friendly, and knowledgeable and the new unit arrived within days.
The welding unit itself is outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for making this process easy and painless.

It’s really nice to know there are companies out there still that put the customer first and really focus on “customer service”. Raymond was a great help in coordinating a replacement machine for me. Five stars!

Going through Kickstarter to purchase my DP200 was a little bit different but managed through the process. The machine arrived perfectly packaged and I immediately unboxed the machine and put to work. So far I have used the flux, MIG, pulse MIG and stick processes. Still learning about pulse. I’m waiting for a torch and consumables to try the TIG process.
I should also say I am not a professional welder, rather a hobbyist welder. It’s like sowing but with fire. (Not my quote). Anywho, so far I’ve built 2 welding tables, started building my own hydraulic press and a plasma cutting table for my home shop. The projects have been great learning and fun to build. This machine has more features than some of the big brands. The large screen, settings, ease of use, the functionality, quick process change, common consumables and product availability will keep me coming back to Yeswelder.
Functions: Stick arc force, hot start, inductance
MIG pre/post flow, manual and synergic settings
Menu navigation is very user friendly. Something very small but I really like the fact that is has a drive roll and MIG tip storage place in the machine. I could go on and on. If you purchase one of these machines, you won’t regret it. I have also ordered an AC/DC TIG machine to try my hand at aluminum
Customer service is responsive and very helpful and they really seem to back the brand

Rock stars, I have never been more satisfied with customer service than I have been with the customer Service that Ana provided me. Then Raymond provided some additional support and between the two of them resolved what should have been a bad experience into a great experience. I ordered a welding gun and it came in a box that the post office had to wrap in plastic wrap to just keep the box together. The bag the gun came in was also torn open. The.only thing that was left in the box was a damaged gun and a single roller. I was prepared to send it back and justify how it was recieved. The box was so damaged that the post office asked if I even wanted to accept the package. All that and I sent them a couple of pictures and they reached out to offer me a reimbursement or replacement from them. That never happens! I would buy from YES welder again just based on their customer service. I would tell everyone and anyone if you are nor sure or are basing this on price, there is no way you should look any further. I can not say enough about the support I received from these guys.
Ana, you are a rock star and should share your approach with others in your organization.

My review is about yeswelder customer support my dp200 had a board that went out so i contacted there customer support email and got a reply from Raymond at yeswelder support he was fantastic he asked me to send a few photos of the problem after i did they shipped me a new machine within 24 hours i will surely buy from yeswelder again and thanks to Raymond for your help in resolving my issue

I had a spool gun delivered that was damaged in shipping....contacted the company ....Raymond was very helpful......sent out a new one no questions asked....just received it 12/27/24....in perfect condition.....customer service is second to none....Thank you Raymond!!!!!

In 2024 Canada Post decided to strike and cause an upset that directly impacted YesWelder. With the support of Raymond, YesWelder was able to resolve my issue, ensuring they kept me informed during the entire process.

A few years ago I bought an auto dimming welding mask from yeswelder. The mask was great. I could actually see what I was welding again like when I was younger. I also had the option to buy a lens which fit into the mask so I didn't need glasses for welding.
I decided to upgrade to a larger plasma cutter recently. I bought the cut65. Had some problems getting it going and support was right there with me.
Got it figured out and it was a minor problem with the ground. If I followed the manual closer I would have figured it out quickly.

Would like to take just a moment to give a shout out to Ana at Yes welder. It's hard today to find good customer service. Ana went the extra mile to remedy a issue with my order today. Ordered a Tig torch from them and UPS notified me that the box made it half way but the Tig torch didn't. Contacted Yes welder and Ana jumped on it and got another on its way , no questions asked. Great job, great service, so much appreciated! Keep up the good work Yes welder!

Hello everyone. I just wanted to share my experiance with Yesswelder.I bought the 5 in 1 welder, had it delivered and decided I would rather have the 7in1. Ana was the rep. I dealt with through that process.I must say she made that whole exchange go very smoothly. Within a 2 week period, the welder was returned, I was reimbursed and was given a regulator for my trouble. It is a joy to deal with honest, friendly, professional people this day in age. Thank you

Had a small issue with one, I emailed them about my problem and received a quick response,

I had an issue with delivery and not receiving my initial welder. I was really looking forward to getting my welder. This was on the delivery service end, but thanks to the help of Yeswelder and Raymond who assisted me, I will be receiving my welder. Feeling excited again.

I had the stinger on my welder break just a few days after I got the welder. Probably just some cheaper materials. I emailed the company and sent them a picture of the broken part. The next email I got from them was a tracking number! If that’s not top tier customer service, I don’t know what is. 10/10 for Yeswelder

I ordered the LYG-M800HP helmet. After weeks of the USPS showing "In Transit" status, I contacted YesWelder via email. Raymond agreed that the helmet was likely lost and immediately sent me another one. I have not yet used the helmet but it is light and looks well made. Good customer service.
