Visited the shop on Sat 10 Jan. wanted some replacement bulbs and fuses. I was served by Chris Hall who went above and beyond his services by taking control of the products I was after, explaining what I had and what replacements would be suitable.
Came out of the shop feeling confident in what I had bought. Great service at a good price.

For a supplier I’ve never heard before ordering some end of line Rointe heater I was very pleased with the service. The guy from the Luton branch (Luke I think) made sure to secure transfer of stock over NYE/NYD etc., and the heaters were then delivered to my elderly Mother with extra care to ensure they were safely stored out of harms way until the installation could be done. All in all good service even over the holidays with reduced staff most likely.

Not yet received my order placed 1 weeks ago i received email saying item dispatched but no tracking number and no further email firm only this email to ask me about my experience ordering

Ordered EV Cable mid Dec, still not received it 8/1/26. I understand disruption over christmas. Thats why I tried to stock up before. I had to drive 30 miles xmas eve and Jan 2nd to get alternative cable.

Very good and safe delivery

The sockets are very good but delivery was slower than expected. This maybe due to new year.

In addition, I realised that I could have purchased the same sockets for half the price elsewhere.

Nevertheless product is good all round in comparison to the ones I have replaced.
