Specifications (hard enamel pins) have been changed without notice. Customer service expedited our complain in a very improper way. We consider ourselves mislead although a product (soft enamel pins) was eventually delivered.

Impossible to communicate with. Any communication regarding quote preparation and project approval takes forever. They reply after days and don’t understand even the most basic requests. For example, I had to ask for the same change to the quote three times because they kept sending me the exact same version; obviously, each iteration took 2–3 days.

It took me more than two months to confirm a single patch order, which then obviously arrived incorrectly made: the Velcro backing was missing even though it was always indicated in all the quotes prior to the order.

They are completely disorganized, slow, and frustrating to deal with in terms of communication. I strongly do not recommend them, despite their competitive prices.

Ik vroeg een offerte aan en ze stuurden daarna een mail dat ik de offerte bevestigd had en dat ze aan de bestelling zouden beginnen. Ik heb uiteraard geen bestelling geaccepteerd en hun telefoonnummer werkt niet.

Snel, betrouwbaar en luisterend naar de klant. 20 legpenningen geleverd binnen de afgesproken tijd. Verzoek om op één legpenning een inscriptie aan de achterzijde te maken. Helaas was deze legpenning bij productie minuscuul aan de voorkant beschadigd. Gemeld en er werd direct actie ondernomen. Binnen korte tijd een nieuwe legpenning met inscriptie ontvangen. Ik ben zeer tevreden over het resultaat en de adequate afhandeling van mijn klacht.

J'avais peur du résultat, malgré plusieurs modifications sur des détails, ils ont été à l'écoute et réactif ( répondent généralement par mail le lendemain ) et possibilité de les contacter par message ou appel WhatsApp et vous rappel si l'appel n'aboutit pas...
Ils s'occupent du projet de A à Z et le résultat est juste parfait...
Après avoir contacté plusieurs fournisseurs, c'est eux qui pratiquent des tarifs imbattables...
Je précise que je ne suis pas payé par eux pour mettre un commentaire positif mais quand le taff est bien fait, il faut aussi le faire remarquer et ne pas mettre des avis que lorsque l'on est pas content.

I ordered a sizeable order of badges from Yes Logo based on a previous specification from a prior order. Without being notified they changed the specification and the badges are now useless for us. They have refused to accept responsibility for changing the specification and are trying to say that this is what I requested, which was absolutely not the case. Communication with this company is incredibly difficult and not worth taking a chance on the order being wrong.

very disappointing, no tracking, I've been waiting for my order for more than 15 days for no reason and my event has passed. Not only did I lose my money but I had to pay to find an urgent local solution. Today they are offering 8% off for something that I still haven't received... it's not serious...

I had an inquiry about a pin, and asked for a preview. Out of the blue, without preview and approval of any order, they sent an invoice, and stated that I had "autoapproved", which I of course had not. I of course rejected the invoice!

I ordered an item and approved artwork, the item arrived, it was damaged and dirty but more importantly did not reflect the artwork I approved.

Yes Logo said they would replace with undamaged items but refuse to acknowledge that they changed the artwork, I'm not interested in another batch of something I didn't order and now they won't answer phones or emails.

I've started an investigation with my bank to reclaim the money.
