Yepss has a great collection of East Asian food. I can find all the cooking ingredients and snacks I want.
The customer service is excellent and the delivery is very fast with timely updates on the delivery status.
I really appreciate their packaging. All fragile products were probably packed and plastic free.
I will definitely shop with them again and recommend Yepss to my family and friends

Delivery was prompt (much quicker than the estimated delivery date) and everything was packaged well. The cold goods did slightly melt en route but I guess that's to be expected. One item was missing but when I contacted them about it, they were very apologetic, responded quickly and helped process a refund asap. Would order again.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! My order couldn’t be delivered due to an incident on my street, not only did they track my order within the hour, they resent my frozen goods completely free of charge just in case they got spoiled. Can’t thank the manager enough, what a hero - thanks again!

Never had an issue and always arrived on time. Any products they do not have they replace with not 1 item but around 3 items. Ive been given much better items than what I originally ordered.
Will continue to keep using this company

I bought some fresh food online, they arrived the next day and packed with an iced box, everything was still fresh on arrival. Highly recommended.

We don’t visit supermarkets anymore. Instead we use Ocado for our everyday groceries and YEPSS for our Asian food shopping. Genuine and authentic Asian products. Most of the times they dispatch the order on the same day, and we usually receive within a day or two. Their drivers are very friendly too. Strongly recommend!

Very happy with my purchase from Yepss. All the food arrived in perfect condition. The frozen products where still frozen and the packaging is too quality.

I got in touch with customer service recently to add a message to some moon cakes I was sending a friend. The lady on the phone couldn't have done more for me. Excellent service and 100% will continue to shop here.

Very speedy delivery, well packaged, authentic Asian food. I found this shop online, was a bit skeptical at first as I couldn’t imagine how they would be able to deliver the ice cream from where they were to my house. I am so glad I have tried, Its so convenient and everything arrived fresh and clean. I have used another Chinese online shop before, their frozen food delivery is more limited and shipping is more than twice the price than Yepss. This will definitely be my go to Chinese food shop from now on, also they are very kindly gave me lots of food samples to try. Thank you😊

Used Yepss a couple of times now to buy mixture of chilled / frozen and cupboard items for hotpot. Service is exceptional, when something wasn't available they contacted me to check if I would rather get the order tomorrow with an item missing or wait one day to get it with the item. deliveries always on time, food is great.

If you are after some authentic ingredients , 'YEPSS' is the place to look for them. Online or in-store you will find pretty much all you need for an authentic Chinese/Japanese/Korean experience. Great staff, very friendly and always happy to help or advice. The same goes for the fantastic online customer service team.

I'm a student here, and this convenience shop is great. Besides been right next to my accommodation the selection of bubble teas they have is brilliant, and fantastic variety of foods for us students, They also sell sandwiches and rice boxes.
Most important of all is the staff that work their are really friendly and chatty, and always happy to help.
