YellowCom
We’re really pleased with the work YellowCom did upgrading our phone system. A special thanks to Patrick Bolton, who handled the initial sales call and gave us a clear demo of how the new system would work for our team.
Thanks also to Kyle Ferrira, who took care of the installation and called afterwards to check how we were getting on. We appreciated the follow-up once we’d had a chance to use the new system. The onsite installation team spent time working with the administration staff on training and the management team for the after hour app allowing us to continue to deliver our services 24/7 365 days a year.
It was a positive experience from the first call through to the installation and follow-up. We’d happily recommend YellowCom to other businesses looking to upgrade their phone system.
