I am not happy with my delivery. Because I asked DPD to change the day of delivery. But when I got home they had left it by my front door. Where anyone could’ve just taken it from

I’m actually shocked icl, I’ve wanted a hat for ages from yelir, I literally ordered one at 1 in the morning one day and the hat came at 3pm the next day, The packaging was nice the box was TT, design and everything is just 10/10, People would say it’s overpriced but the quality makes up for it, would definitely recommend 😎

Only problem I have with Yelirwoeld is the courier they use. DPD “delivered” my parcel l wasn’t at home. Left at my door which is a flat with controlled entry that’s broken. I’m not happy as I don’t want anything left for me unsigned when I’m not at home. I returned home and no parcel there. Whether courier took photo and then took away or it’s been pinched I’ll never know. I’ll be expecting a replacement or refund asap. In the future if purchasing anything from Yelir world I’d expect it to be delivered next day when I’m at home if not at home when original delivery time/day isn’t suitable if I’m not at home

I bought the hat for my grandson going on holiday. He only buys labels or his gran does for him. It is very good quality well finished and he is really happy with it. A few of his friends are buying or have bought the same one. It was delivered on time as stated and was in a beautiful box. Couldn’t ask for a better purchase or service. Well done
