Ik wil mijn bestelling retourneren maar kreeg een mail dat ze me 12% wilden vergoeden als ik mijn bestelling houd. Ik ben daar niet mee akkoord gegaan en heb inmiddels als 2x om retour instructies gevraagd maar krijg geen enkele reactie meer.
Ich habe ein Kleid bestellt, es entspricht in keinster Weise den Bildern auf der Website, die Qualität ist sehr gering und der Stoff stinkt nach billigem Polyester, wofür die Preise deutlich zu hoch sind.
Für die Retoure (auf eigene Kosten!) ist es nötig, die Adresse beim Kundenservice anzufragen und dieser beantwortet keinerlei Mails und verhindert damit die Retoure und man bleibt auf den Ausgaben sitzen.
Ich kann nur von Bestellungen abraten.
Ich möchte einen Artikel zurücksenden und warte seit zwei Wochen auf eine Antwort des Kundenservices. Auf mehrmalige Kontaktversuche wurde bisher nicht reagiert.
Ich warte immerfort auf einen Retourenschein,mehrmals angeschrieben und bis heute nichts erhalten.
Die Lieferung dauerte ca. 2 Wochen, das Kleid war liebevoll verpackt.
Das Kleid entspricht absolut meinen Vorstellungen und ich bin wirklich glücklich damit.

We checked the communication record and found that we sent you an email on May 28 with the return instructions and return address. It seems that the email may have been blocked or filtered, so you may not have received it.
As we did not receive a further reply from you, we started the refund process on June 2, and the refund was completed by the system on June 3.
