Including the chip on each ink cartridge was great. I've bought toner without the HP chips and couldn't get some of the original chips transferred properly. I will never buy toner without the chips.

Don't believe the hype!!
They advertise that they sell canon compatible printer/toner cartridges but the one I purchased was not compatible. I purchased the True Image Premium Toner Cartridge for the Canon imageClass MF455dw. I kept getting an error message to press ok when the error message came for compatibility. I did that and it still did not work. So, I called business where I purchased my lap top to see if their tech department could help. After a couple of hours of trying to they told me that I would not be able to use the toner cartridge because it was not compatible. I called 844-538-3312 but an error message came on saying the person was unavailable and cannot accept more messages. It sounds like I was scammed but I definitely won't ne ordering anything else from this company. The saying you get what you pay for definitely applies here

The company addressed my concerns and refunded the money for the printer/toner cartridge. I was given the option of another printer/toner cartridge or a refund and I chose the former. I sincerely thank them for their prompt attention to this matter.

Order mistakes and long shipping
Extreme long delivery times as in several weeks.
