Ordered twice now from these guys. The quality of the thobes are really nice and the speed in the delivery was amazing considering i live in the Middle East. The thobes took an average of 4 days to arrive and was over the moon.

Placed an order for an ivy green size M gandoura its been over a month and ive still not recieved it, checked royal mail and theyve not recieved it.

Ordered a Farwa from these brothers, quick delivery, and the quality: man, on another level! It's actually beautifully made and it has gotten so many compliments when I tried it on the first day. Order arrived filthy and no customer service
UPDATE:
The company has now issued a full refund, which I have received.
However, this only happened after I left a public review. Prior to this, I had attempted to contact them multiple times via email, TikTok DMs, and WhatsApp, and received no response at all.
The condition the item arrived in was completely unacceptable and unhygienic.
However the quality of the clothes is great for the price I paid, I hope the company will improve on their customer service and quality control.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service I received. I ordered a thobe as a special gift for my husband for our first Eid with our baby. Unfortunately, the item arrived in a very dirty and unacceptable condition.
I would upload the pictures of the condition the thobe arrived in if I could. It had marks that looked like animal faeces, which we found after my husband tried it on and it touched his skin. Conveniently, there is no option to review the product on the website either (cream winter djellaba).
What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of response from the business. I have reached out via email, TikTok DMs, and WhatsApp, and have received no reply whatsoever. Meanwhile, they continue to post on social media, so my messages are being ignored. Their WhatsApp even says that it is only for new orders and not for customers that have already spent their hard earned money.
As someone currently on maternity pay, I made a conscious choice to support a small business. Instead, I’ve been left disappointed and without time to arrange an alternative gift for Eid.

Customer service is atrocious. I can’t seem to get through to anyone regarding my order. Royal Mail still have not received the package 9 days after ordering it, even though the company claims it has been dispatched. Avoid. Not worth the hassle.

The thobes are very high quality and have a premium feel. The sizing was perfect and fit very well. The thobe is thick enough to be comfortable but not make you hot and sweaty. My order came late and they refunded my delivery fee without me having to ask. Great customer service and great products. Would definitely recommend
