I ordered prints from this business in December 2025 and they have not been sent. I have been messaging Ayesha (owner) regularly and occasionally she has responded stating that she will follow up as a matter of urgency and then no further follow up. The prints have not been sent and Ayesha is no longer responding to my messages. Her last response was in January. Do not purchases from this business. She has no intention of sending the items. I live in Australia and paid over $100 in shipping for these items. Do not waste your money.

Prints arrived within 48 hours of ordering, perfectly packaged and sealed. The prints are gorgeous, beautiful colour ways and they will be perfect for my little girls bedroom.

I’d not hesitate to order more (something I definitely will be doing very soon)

I ordered from Yaya Studio about a week ago and I’m blown away by how quickly it arrived and how beautiful the product is. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and it’s added the perfect final touch to my newborn’s nursery. I’m genuinely so pleased with it. I’ll definitely be returning for more Yaya Studio is now a firm favourite!

No idea why the reviews below are so negative, I've bought several items from Yaya Studio and never had a complaint to make! Delivered quickly and great quality, will shop here again no doubt!

Absolutely thrilled with my order from Yaya Studio. It arrived within just a few days and the quality is outstanding. It’s the perfect finishing touch for my newborn’s nursery and genuinely exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be ordering again can’t recommend Yaya Studio enough!

Faulty item and zero customer service. Just like every other comment said. Keep away

Very poor customer service and claim the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply even though the prints are not perishable or personalised. Still trying to secure a refund and understand the non-existent returns process after prints ordered online were a different colour to anticipated after purchasing via the website. Do not recommend purchasing from this online retailer. Incredibly disappointing experience.

Do not order!! I received my order but the posters arrived folded. Both posters have very deep creases in them, so we are unable to use them. I emailed Yayastudios twice, but didn’t get any response… Waste of money!

Scam! I never received my item and no one wrote back! Avoid!

Faulty product delivered and absolutely zero customer service. Have emailed twice over the last couple of months and have sadly had no reply. Also tried instagram but also no reply.

I ordered two posters from Yayastudios but never received them. I tried multiple times to contact customer service, but they never responded – no replies to emails or any other inquiries. My money is gone, and I didn’t get the items I paid for.

A trustworthy shop should at least respond to customer inquiries, but here, there’s complete silence. Very disappointing! I can only advise everyone to be cautious and order elsewhere. Unfortunately, not recommended at all.

I’ve been waiting two months for my order and sent emails asking for updates but heard nothing. Reading reviews from Trust Pilot, this seems to be common. Buyers beware!

The worst service. I have had to chase an order from January. I received some prints, which ante lovely, but I have been waiting for half of the order for my little boys room. I have chased via email and also via Instagram. There are numerous posts daily on Instagram and no response ever back. I had one response via email that you were waiting on the printer getting stock and I said I would wait to for this. Nearly two months later, still no update. I have asked for a refund twice and have not received any communication. I would avoid purely based on the awful customer service and I still have not received any £ back.

Same experience as below reviews, ordered a print, says it has been delivered, however no print has been delivered. Messaged ayesha she replied at first, said she has sent another but again nothing has arrived. Awful customer service and awful company.

This was my 3rd purchase from Yaya Studios. Like the posters but they sent me the wrong one and I have been trying for over a month to get a refund and/or the poster I had ordered. There is no contact phone number or address on the website so need to rely on someone responding to email. Whilst I did get a couple of response, the problem still has not been resolved and now I’m being ignored. There is zero customer service so buyer beware.
