"Viscose with pailletes yellow" Fr100
Las lentejuelas rojizas que vienen en su hilo amarillo han desteñido al sumergir la prenda,recién acabada en agua fría.
Las lentejuelas están sin el color en algunas partes y aspecto viejo.
He comprado cantidad de otras clases de fibras y no ser que va a pasar cuando las use.
La tienda no contesta a mis mensajes.
DESPUÉS de esta publicación la tienda SI ha respondido.
Me devuelven el dinero del producto. Pero no admiten lo que en realidad ha ocurrido.
Es una pena que no me permitan mostrar aquí las fotos que ellos si recibieron en mi email con las lentejuelas con casi toda la pintura que tenían estropeada.
No han manchado la prenda, solo que son unas lentejuelas viejas y descoloridas colgadas de mi jersey!

Dear Moreno, Thank you for your feedback. We did test the yellow pailletes yarn and it did not colour the other fibers knitted together. We are not sure why it was colouring the fabric, but in pictures I cant see the knitwear would be red. Any way, if you say it was red, we made a refund of these paillette yarn from order 16719. We did sold this yarn about 20 kg and we did not receive any complains about it. We are sorry if you did have a bad experience with the yellow red paliletes yarn, but that is not reason to doubt the other yarns. We work more then 10 years in this industry, and of course as in each product there can be some problems and quality issues, but that happened few times in many years. We can't guarantee the each cone is perfect of perfect, but we always inform the factory if there is some case. We truly apologise for this inconvenience and we wish you the best knitting time. P.s. we suggest to make samples, wash it before starting the project. That not only prevails from quality issues but also helps to understand the fibers actual look, as the industrial yarn open the fibers only after the first washing.
