Third class application, Indrive is better then this. When I try to book a driver using yango, it reached at my place after 27 minutes. that is not good

The customer service refuses to help after a lost item. They say they can't confirm we're requesting information about our own ride, even after providing all the possible information about the ride. Very impolite and lazy customer service.

bohat hi koi bekar service ha inki, ride book karo to driver k pas drop krne k bad fare show hota hai, or driver jub pick karne aata ha usay fare batao to kum lagta ha unhe or wo battamezi karte hi, do not use this service.. ye risk ha apki family k liye bhi, kyu k ap apni family ko travel krate hai bad may apko pata nhi chalta driver apki family k scath rasste may ya unhe drop krne k bad kesa behave karega, do not take this service.. indrive isc much better than this

The yango driver are the worst they only look at the fair and they always asked you your distination when you book it and if they don't like where you are going they make escuses and they dont go which is bad for yango reputation driver doesn't care so best thing use some different company then yango son of tango

Worst experience this company will simply flee away and skip themselves. from this issue and will say do it yourself and will do nothing.A quack driver Hasan Azhar with taxi number PH2040 lied about my left umbrella in his car. This is the moral of this cheap person and company simply said that do it on your own and not even blocked his profile. My fate is that I am in Pakistan and there is no chance that for this small thing to be recovred. If i were in UAE I have surely recovered my umbrella back. I also called driver and he just cancelled the call.
