I purchased an item from yamira London. The item took quite a while to be delivered. The item looked nothing like the picture and was of very poor quality. I wanted to return the item for a full refund, however was told it would cost €29.95 to return the item. Yamira London offered me a 30% refund which I have accepted as it would cost me more to send the item back. Overall I would not recommend this company.

SCAM Company! Fake website. No communication when you email them for a refund. No tracking on order as order number ‘does not exist’ when you try to track. Found same dresses on Shein. DO NOT USE

Stay well away. The site needs to be closed down. My story is very similar to others. Took well over a month to receive an item that looked like it had come off a market stall. I’ve had over 20 emails back-and-forth with them trying to get this sorted they will never refund you. And if you want to return something they’ll make up a handling fee to suit them. I’m actually considering taking them to court. Everything on their website is complete nonsense. They make it look all lovely with beautiful Yamira London labelled clothing, this is not the case be warned you will receive something that doesn’t have any labels and it will come from China.

This company is a disgrace they advertise UK and royal mail deliver but they are in China. I ordered trainers and what arrived today is nothing short of rubbish. I have tried to contact them to no avail. Decided to check reviews and it seems there is no hope of a refund. They are a total scam firm. Just a set of offices when checked on Google maps. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If I could have given zero stars I would have. I will just have to li
ve and learn. Tried reporting them on Google as they came up on a Search.Said they couldn't find them. Tried consumer complaints but they said as they were selling from out with the UK couldn't help either. Maybe someone can advise.

Item arrived and was cheap, tacky and poorly made. Emailed to return item and they expected me to pay £30 for postage when the item cost £34.95. Said they'd refund 30% if I was happy to keep item so I eventually agreed as I was stuck either way. Never refunded my money.
Do not order from here and they're cheap sweatshop in the middle of nowhere.

I had a problem with my dress I ordered. It wasn't the colour it seemed on the site. But I sent a message got a very quick reply and got a great discount off my purchase. I was chuffed at how it was handled, no fuss ,no back and fourth. All sorted quick and easy. That's why I gave the 5 stars.

Stay well away! Item took over a month to arrive and looked nothing like what was advertised (a cheap square of material with drawstrings as opposed to a fitted shirt dress). I’m now trying to return and surprise, surprise - the “handling” fee for the returns process is pretty much the same price as I paid (£35). Excellent scam. Do not fall for it!
