This is a rip off company. Do not use. I have contacted my bank. I am requesting full refund. You have to ask permission to return dreadful quality goods. You have to jump through hoops to get your own money back. Worst company ever. Please don’t use!!!!!!

Same as previous reviews, cheap rubbish received, awful quality and nothing like the advertised thing. They deleted my review on their website as it conflicted with their 100% reviews. No replies to emails at all so total waste of money Disgusting

AVOID at all costs. I ordered two tropical kimonos - after almost 4 weeks I have received two badly made kimonos - they look nothing like what was advertised!! No sequins on the neckline and cheap and nasty stitching!
Don’t buy anything from these charlatans.

Kaftan arrived with no sequins like the video. I contacted them and they asked me to send a photo of the kimono, which I did and I have sent them a further 2 emails chasing, still no reply

If I could leave zero stars I would.
Item took 18 days to arrive despite being advertised as delivered within 5-7 working days.
When it arrived it was a cheap knock off of the item that was advertised - it should have had sequins - no sequins, just cheaply printed.
I requested a return and was initially offered a 20% refund.
I refused and said I wanted to return for a full refund and was told I had to meet the cost of a return to CHINA and that the refund may take 2/3 months.
Awful company. They should not be allowed to trade here.

Still after many many emails and attempts to recieve my order or a refund, I have not got anything from this company. Absolutely ridiculous.

Buyer beware. Very disappointing. I ordered two tropical kaftans. The fabric is awful. It’s like wearing a plastic bag. They were supposed to have embroidery on them as per the product description, but they didn’t.
I contacted Yaelkimono requesting to return the items for a refund. After waiting many days they finally got back to me. First they asked me to send them photographs of the items. Then they offered a 20% refund. I will not be ordering from them again.

The item is not as described and cheap fabric. I have been struggling to get a return and my money back. Don’t use this company.

I saw these Beautiful Kimono’s with sequins and embroidery on Facebook. I then went on to their website so I knew it was a legitimate site. I was so excited to receive these for my upcoming Holiday!! When they arrived I was so angry and upset they were really cheap quality no embroidery or sequins typical cheap China rubbish!! These cost me £45 total rip off cheap & nasty nothing like they advertised, I tried to get a refund they have since changed the description on the website to NO SEQUINS total SCAMMERS

I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering....I was beguiled by the embroidery and sequins. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!! NO sequins or embroidery - just shiny shit cheap material from China worth at most about £3 and I paid £26!!! I asked for a refund, was asked to provide photos of it which I did and since then I have had no reply and my emails have been returned as undelivered. Someone is making a lot of money out of total shit. what I want to know is where I can buy the lovely kimono they showed in their FAKE video?? Certainly not from them. I didn't even bother to try it on it was so nasty. I am fuming - I am normally very careful about who I buy from....

This company is a total scam. I ordered 2 x Tropical Kimonos and they are nothing like the advertisement. There are no sequins and the material is cheap and not worth a penny. They then try and put you off returning the rubbish by charging you for the postage and telling you it will take months for a refund, if they receive the goods ! Its a disgrace that these people get away with this absolute shite !

Chinese company representing themselves as being based in the UK. The goods are AWFUL quality and when you ask for a return (per their own policy) they offer 20% or you need to send it back to China and pay for it.
Scam company!! DO NOT BUY

Kimono received is nothing like the one advertised. Zero sequins, cheap and nasty material . Not happy.

Awful. The product is nothing like advertised. Cheap and horrible. No embroidery no sequins.
I asked for a refund, was told I have to export back to China and they’ll maybe refund in 2-3 months if the product return meets their requirement. After serious haggling they offered a 35% refund, but claim they cannot process.
Stay away from this vendor.

Absolute rubbish garment. Described as "Embroidered, sequinned black tropical kimono"....its brown, polyester with no sequins or embroidery as it looks on the website. SCAMMERS.!!!

I’ve only given a one star as no option for zero. Tropical paradise kimono has arrived ( eventually) but as many say here is way below what was described and shown on the video ie no sequins or embroidery . Far too poor a quality to wear in public . Clearly misrepresentation but little chance of redress

Avoid like the plague!!!They advertise kaftans that look beautiful, with sequins on them, but when they arrive they are not the same...no sequins, poor quality, unflattering...just like a tent when you wear it. I got in touch and asked for a refund and how to return it and they asked me to send them photos of myself wearing the garment so that they could inform their supplier and try to sort something out. I shouldnt of had to do that, but i did because I just want a refund...they never got back to me despite me asking them.again how to return it. I paid £22 for a horrible garment. I think ive been scammed. Loads of angry face emojis on their facebook posts too...so i reckon others have also been ripped off...Also giving 4 digit phone number and dodgy email addresses.

Very disappointed. When I ordered the kimono in black it was described as Tropical Print EMBROIDERED Kaftan. When it arrived three weeks later (supposed to be five working days) there was no embroidery or no embellishments as shown in the advert and the word "embroidery" was dropped when the order status was updated on delivery. I have tried to contact the company which is based in China, for either a sequinned replacement or a refund but none of their email addresses work - just get mail delivery failure. Absolute scam! 😡

I received my order today. Absolutely NOTHING like advertised product. Nasty cheap material, seams overlocked but not finished. I have been scammed.
The product advertised on social media DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!!
