Super sketchy. Won’t return product that arrives 10 days after I needed it. Even though shipping said 2 day shipping. Back and forth with customer service stringing me along trying to convince me to keep the item. Now they say they have to take fees away from the return.

Once you receive the product you will eventually want to send it back and they will not refund you but will try to avoid in any possible way - one of it being they can't find your package in their warehouse. Really?!??!?!??!? I have POD signed, but that does not matter. Customer rights any advice for me?!
Ordered a projector through their site, which was never delivered. I emailed them multiple times and got no response. I emailed them through their site and they eventually got back to me (at 2 a.m.) to say my original emails were caught in their spam filter. They demanded a 16 digit order number, which they'd never provided, so I explained this and since then I've heard nothing.
Am getting a refund and will never be dealing with this awful, awful company ever again. Gonna buy ther same projector elsewhere because it seems a good project, but Yaber's customer service is terrible. It's clearly being run by people halfway round the world who know nothing and don't care about the customers.
