XYON Health provides hair loss solutions. Founded by doctors, XYON offers topical hair loss medication in it's patented SiloxysSystem™ gel which features time-release technology that slowly releases medication over time. It uses a concept called a concentration gradient to control how much and how quickly medication enters the skin. This is why a higher concentration can be used. This maximizes the amount of medication received by hair follicles while reducing excess drug flow into the bloodstream.

A very frustrating wxperience to be…

A very frustrating wxperience to be honest. I has charged a month earlier and never received the product. In my case, I was told (after I followed up multiple times) the prescription needed to be renewed. What makes matters even more frustrating is that you can’t speak to anyone, why? Also, couldn’t anyone follow up with the previous approver (like they do with eye glasses or contacts? Just disappointed overall but not the end of the world.

Our records show that email updates regarding the renewal requirement were sent to your email throughout May, and once the renewal was completed, your order shipped the same day.

Dr Sood is great and the whole process has been painless

Dr Sood is great and very quick to reply. His recommendations for medication have been life changing and my hair is finally starting to look normal. My only “issue” is not being able to get the official prescription receipts so I can use ODB/Trillium for reimbursement or towards my deductible. Very pleased with how easy this whole process has been.

Beware….

I did not order a product from your firm. Last year I did a survey that was supposed to have an open supply gift sent to me which was not received.

I find the Xyon hair cream extremely expensive and irritates my scalp and the tiny tiny bottle of oil treatment I paid 75 dollars for was ok but it lasted a week or two only for the tiny amount of products the price seemed excessive.

I had a procedure done in Vancouver made an appt and the doctor had 10 minutes to chat and review me for the procedure. It did not work out well as halfway thru the procedure I was told that scar residue was stopping the procedure in areas. The outcome was not very good and I wonder now 3 years later why I was not told this at the initial meeting with the doctor? Poor results that cost me 20k. Not worth it! Actual procedure date date was Jan 2023.

We don't perform hair transplants, have a 75 dollar oil nor any order from you, and the participation in the survey had requirements you didn't complete.

If you had a hair transplant performed, that would be at a separate clinic. We're sorry your email was retained on our list, these reviews are for actual customers who used our products and you have been removed from our database.

The product never worked

The product never worked. No change at all while consistently using it.You sent a replacement before I was even done with the first bottle and you will not let me return it. Terrible service.

Please note that results can vary depending on the extent of hair loss. Clinical studies for finasteride typically show improvement after around 6 months of consistent use. It’s also important to note that slowing or stopping further hair loss can be a sign that the medication is working.
We reviewed your account and can confirm you enrolled in a subscription plan in February that authorizes a refill every 90 days, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions you accepted at sign-up. We can also see that this information was previously explained by one of our support agents.

Even with inconsistencies it works!

I wasn’t very consistent but my results are definitely showing ! In the 3 months that I tried; I know if I were more consistent I would see a big difference

I was expecting the product to be in…

I was expecting the product to be in the bottle advertised on the website, what I received looked completely different and worse. I would have not paid the money I paid if i knew that this is what id be getting. Also the gel is harder to spread than a liquid or foam which isn't as major of an issue to me.

Straightforward experience and solid outcome

Switched to XYON Dutasteride after trying finasteride + minoxidil, and the difference was clear. Dutasteride performed significantly better in my case—stronger results, and no side effects.

Dishonest business practices and…

Dishonest business practices and dangerous side effects

"Xyon Health sent my personalized prescription last Saturday. On Monday morning, I used it exactly according to their instructions. I experienced severe tachycardia. Once I felt better, I wrote to them to report what was happening. Their response was to tell me to stop the treatment and see a doctor if necessary, explaining that 'side effects can occur' with the medication. So far, that is understandable.

However, when I asked for instructions on how to return the product, they replied that they do not accept returns. I want to warn future consumers about this company’s poor business practices: they force you to purchase a three-month supply upfront, ensuring they collect a significant amount of money from the start.

If they truly believed in the safety and efficacy of their product, they would offer a one-month trial option to see if the consumer has an adverse reaction, as I did. Be alert, because this practice seems dishonest to me. They admit in their emails that side effects are possible, yet I am now stuck with a three-month treatment that failed on the very first day, and they refuse to refund my money citing their 'policy.' Stay away from this company."

Our medical team can support with potential adjustments to your prescription. As prescription medications are compounded specifically for each patient, they cannot be returned, which is standard across telehealth providers.

Really enjoy their hair care

Been using XYON's haircare line for almost a year now, I really enjoy their shampoo, conditioner and serum. My partner uses their fin+min gel and purchased the haircare line during one of their sales for me. The scent is actually really lovely and has lasted me almost year!

April 1 2025 which was refunded? Your first consultation was in September 2024. Which one of the several orders warranted this 1 star? Disorganized and inconsistent

This place is extremely disorganized. Every other time there is a refill, there is some sort of problem. Sometimes they forget to send a renewal to the doctor. Sometimes they forget to tell you if your card has expired. Sometimes they put the wrong dose in the system.

In each of these cases, they have failed to notice the problem on their own, and it has required intervention from the patient and the prescriber to fix.

It’s expensive but my hair hasn’t fallen out. Not too sure it’s growing any new or bringing back any hair.
