You supplied a very quick service once I placed the order and it was extremely well packed too, so thank you so much for that, but your pre-sale comms was not great at all, I had to ask so many times for help and info, best rings, and response to a question relating the the very expense scope I bought, £1,400.00 etc, etc I would have understood if I was asking about a £200.00 scope, also extremely abrupt response when I did finally receive part of the question I asked, so 1 star for customer pre-sale service, then I receive a dozen requests for rating! 5 stars through for the great scope and fast delivery. However, one last point, The Allen key was loose, not fastened down and the key itself that was out of its Polly bag could have scratched the scope. I wonder how you would have responded had the scope been scratched by the key?! Thanks anyway

Thanks for the review.
Couple of points. You sent about 8 different emails about different things so I didn’t answer them all and I answered the best I could. You asked what’s rings you needed and you sent numerous emails, I answered 1 of the emails. Some of the emails could have gone to junk. If I sounded abrupt Then apologies but it easier to stick to 1 email.
The key being loose inside a sealed box is the fault of the factory unfortunately I can’t control that and if it damaged it I would have got a replacement..
Overall good transaction
Took a little while to get stock across from the US, I assume, but apart from that all good and smooth transaction. Would recommend, unless you are in a hurry.

Prices are great for outside the US and the customer service is very good. Very pleasant to deal with and will push the boat out for you. Have purchased a good few brands from Xtreme Tactical including Trijicon, Streamlight and Sig and have had no issues. Will be continuing to get my stuff here. 10/10

Nice place to get a scope.
I’ve always had a thing for shooting — and a proper bit of kit makes all the difference. Scopes especially. Buying quality optics outside the US can be a right pain, but with this lot, I’ve managed to get my hands on nearly every scope I’ve fancied over the past three years.
Always delivered on time, no fuss. Prices? Fair. Bit more than what you'd pay in the States, sure, but still miles better than what you'd cough up in the EU. And here's the kicker — once I’ve had my time with a scope, I can shift it on eBay without a second thought. No regrets, as the upfront cost was never daft to begin with.
Proper service. Proper gear. Can’t ask for much more.
