I love this hair I’ve made many purchases from this company and they have never failed me.

This company produces some of the BESTTTTTTT wigs on the market. The wigs are exactly as advertised. The lace is perfect and the hair is soft. There's no weird smell and no need to bleach the knots. I've bought two wigs from them and will be buying another.

Scammers. This company told me to send my original wig back and I would receive a refund for the shipping cost £22.45. I have not received any refund and it has been a month now. I tried contacting the customer service this up but I got no reply. I got sent another wig but it did not fit my head again. I got sent a medium cap size. What a joke! The person I spoke to tried to say the wig cap is large but it is not. I ordered 200% destiny and clear lace but I received something different. The customer service person even tried to make you think they are genuine and they want to put things right but instead the person is scamming. I now have to send back the replacement and spend another £22.45. Together that is £44.90. The person has not replied back to me about this refund for return shipping. The person ignores my email. The person I spoke to even tried to say I can only return an item once. I will never order from this company again.

Just got this now and l think it will be fair if l post my exact reviews.

From the total of £675.31 paid, l got £604.83 refunded now, paid £21.35 to post back the hair.

Now l have £ 583.48 back, £91.83 to all these.

I was waiting to get my refund before l tell you my opinions, the hair you sent to me is what one can call what l ordered for versus what l got, it was so dull looking and very inferior and way more expensive than the real hair.

Remember l made mention of my old Wigs which l even got at #50,000-#75,000 two years ago, which were of better quality.

I ordered before l saw people's review about the quality of hair you sent to people.

What you display on your site is not what you send to people.

You post good quality, and you send inferior.

I was disappointed, so my husband,why did he insisted l return the wigs.

We got original and good quality here after l sent your wigs back at £170 you can imagine.

The only good thing was that you were polite but every other thing appears like scam even from the start and DHL called and you were telling me what to say and changing of prices,receipts.

My sincere opinion, l dont think you are straightforward at all.

So like you requested to change my review on the trust pilot after l got my refund, l will surely help you post my experiences on all the possible sites l can.

I hope the company ammend their ways,appears they are more interested in just collecting people's hard earned money to providing the services they claim to display on the site.
Also learn to check reviews before you make orders online, if l did l would have been saved from this unnecessary expenses

Wig was CONSTANTLY shedding. I washing it and the lace totally matted up to the point where It couldn't be brushed out. After spending £600 on a wig I was more than dissappointed

The hair I bought is amazingly soft, light weight, lace is transparent, easily melts into my skin. Frontal looks amazing & I did no extra plucking. Company is very accessible quick to answer messages & made the wig to my specifications, 130% density, no elastic & no combs. This will be my go to from now on.

Xrsbeauty has the most beautiful wigs I’ve ever bought at an online website or anywhere! They come exactly the way they look in the photos and they are so well made and last! They are the best!

I'm really impressed by this company so far. This is my second Kinky Curly wig from XRS. I was skeptical about trying a new company but my first order went smoothly and the quality and description matched the website and YouTube videos. As some of the reviews have stated, the customer service is particularly good. I had a problem with my FedEx delivery, and the company contacted FedEx on my behalf. Good quality hair, thin lace that doesn't feel like it's going to rub your edges off, and full density that still looks natural.

Impressed upon opening the package. Presentation was great. Things they added in the box were nice and usable. It was nicely curled, but I had to wash it. You can tell they care. Soft and good quality hair.

This has been the best wig I've gotten. The clear lace and the pre plucked hairline is impeccable. You don't have to do anything to this wig besides cut off the excess lace. It's been amazing having a wig that can transition from curly to straight so seamlessly. This was my first purchase with Xrsbeauty but it definitely won't be my last.

I received my hair a week ago and I love it so much! The texture is amazing. I will definitely be coming here to get my bundles

The wig was really user friendly! The stylist installing it was very impressed and was shocked she didn't have to do any work to it!

This is the worst $600 wig I have EVER purchased! I bought a 26 inch 200% density deep wave frontal wig. Fresh out of the box the wig appeared to be very good and that's when most of the reviews are made but do not be deceived. I wore my wig for 2 weeks before reviewing to be accurate. This wig SHEDS so much every room I stepped in there is hair left behind without even touching my head. I only used water and leave in conditioner on the wig and as soon as it dries the wig is a FRIZZY, TANGLED, MATTED MESS that is almost impossible to revive. The hair is a synthetic blend and I feel completely ripped off! I left a review on the actual website with pictures they approved it and it posted shortly after. I went back on the website a few days later to check and the review magically disappeared. I believe the other customers that also state their reviews were deleted because its TRUE. I have a huge wig collection and spend lots of money on them so I know quality hair. This was my first and last purchase with this company. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this poor quality synthetic mix wig!!!!

This wig is one of the best ones I have. I am extra satisfied with the preplucked hairline. Little shedding and so soft. Will definitely be buying more styles from this company.

I purchased 13x6 clear lace wig, 200% density. First impression out the box was pure shocked bc I never had a wig look this amazing. To date I have had no issues. I am now purchasing another :)
