Simply the best VR course available. The course is well structured, with a gradually increasing difficulty.
The course starts immediately by introducing a new programming paradigm, functional programming, very useful in VR programming, but which I also found very useful for personal projects. The student is immediately stimulated from the very first lessons to think differently: it was the part that excited me most.
The course is also suitable for those with solid programming bases: the two teachers implement all the basic interactions of VR starting from scratch, without using high-level frameworks: this allows the student to understand well everything that is happening, and allows a great possibility of customizing behaviors.
The physics part is very well explained, and the introduction to inverse kinematics is one of the best I've found online.
Dennys and Roger are great at commenting on the lines of code that are sent to students, and the exercises at the end of each section are well divided by difficulty.
Furthermore, every week there is also the opportunity to discuss with mentors, who are always ready to give you very useful advice and to deepen with you the topics that interest you most. They also give you feedbacks about your assignments.
The course also provides a wiki with many interesting articles and various insights.
I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this course to everyone, professionals and non-professionals. Definitely the best VR course available online!

The process is well organised and the administrative staff are friendly and helpful with any queries about the enrolment process.

The instructors and mentors are all friendly and eager to help if there is any questions during the course.
The weekly live mentorship sessions are really useful to learn from what's other peers had encountered. I learnt so much just knowing issues my peers faced, and also the suggestions from the instructors and mentors too.

I had attended 3 courses, and all of the courses are well organised and professional. Although they are short courses, every course is packed with information and knowledge to learn.

The weekly exercises are organised into easy, medium and hard challenge level. To obtain the "certificate of completion", one only need to complete all the easy level challenges weekly. I think this is helpful for participants who are busy outside the course, but still wanting to achieve and prove the minimum learning outcome achieved from the course.

On the other hand, I myself felt great and amazing whenever I managed to achieve the hard level challenge. It gives the kind of sense of achievement and I can even add something extras to the challenge to have some fun as my own self-satisfactory.

I had now completed 3 advanced level courses with XRbootcamp , and I had learnt great deal and enjoyed all these courses.

Of course, if one wanted to succeed in these type of rapid short courses, one must invest some hours and great deal of efforts each week. The enjoyment of the knowledge you learnt, and the fun you gained from the weekly challenges are so much satisfied and will stay with you for life.

Everything that I gained from these course are definitely *more* than just a digital certificate that I obtained at the end of the course.

So, it was not what I was expecting at all. Let me explain. The first week i has hardly hit by a new concept. Reactive programming. It was quite the challenge but I did not give up, and do not regret it for a single second. Mentors are great, always try to give good constructive feedback and the homework challenges are always well received. I was a part of the first cohort, but have seen them make improvements as time goes by, their discord channels are always teeming with oportunities and good chats about the future of XR.

The most important aspect for me was to learn the concepts and logic behind the implementation, specially since there is a point after which online tutorials will not help you develop a professional level project. Or using other platforms that do not have access to oculus plugins. After this course I was able to build my own interactions (and use some of the concepts for other purposes, I made a really nice smoothed UI with DoTween after learning it here)

I’d like to give a shout out to XR Bootcamp once again for their wonderful master class which played a crucial role in implementing our VR anesthesia module at NYU College of Dentistry. Ferhan, Dennys and Roger have been exceptional in teaching and providing support throughout the master class and after the course as well. I’d highly recommend XR Bootcamp for people trying to improve their VR/Unity skills. Their ever-growing list of courses cater the needs of everyone.
