Alex Cole communicated everything perfectly and timely. The two motorcycles I shipped arrived ahead of schedule and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely be using this company again in the future.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the incredible service provided by Alex. He played a pivotal role in ensuring that my car was transported to me in record time! I contacted him on Tuesday afternoon, and by Wednesday morning, my car was picked up in Richardson, Texas. I was thrilled to receive it today (Friday) in Carmel, California. The enclosed shipping with a two-man team made the entire experience even better.

I just purchased a motorcycle in PA and need it shipped to Florida where I live. I was a little anxious about finding a shipping company to do the transport since I never had to ship a bike before. I got in touch with Alex Cole at Xpromo and he thoroughly explained the process which helped ease my mind. I went with Xpromo and I couldn't be more satisfied. The bike was picked up on a Tuesday afternoon and delivered on Wednesday evening which was a day earlier than promised. If you need to ship a car or motorcycle don't hesitate to call Alex at Xpromo you won't be disappointed.

Zack reached out to me for a job I had posted on a transport board to deliver a trailer from GA to NM. Zack was great to work with and helped resolve some technical glitches along the way. My trailer arrived just as expected and when they said it would. Great service through the whole process.

I was sending a $160k car purchased from the dealership in TN and needed to ship it to CA to my business partner. It was a hard choice as there are a lot of small players in this market. Alex Cole gave me a number of references and promised to keep me informed of the progress. They picked up the car on a Friday and promised to deliver it by the next Friday. The car was actually delivered on Monday! Talk about under promising and over delivering, Alex Cole, is really great. I would highly recommend Alex and his team!

Unexpected great experience.
First, Zach was fast and prompt with quote and scheduling.
Second, he kept me informed the entire time.
Third, my motorcycle not only arrived as promised, but actually ahead of schedule.
I thought the scheduling fee, then deposit, then COD program was odd, but that is just how business is done in this segment for individuals, vs businesses. I buy lots of cars/toys, and Zach is now a permanent number in my phone.
Oh- and no additional fees, what he quoted is what it was!

XPromo did an excellent job shipping my car, from Maine to Florida, and I would highly recommend them. They did the job for a decent price, and Alex in the office did a great job getting everything scheduled, to meet my time frame.

Great Transport with Xpromo ... Zack was great, he kept in contact with me to see when the car was ready to get picked up and found a Transport at a great price... car was picked up within 3 days and delivered same day from Vernon, Texas to Scottsdale, Az ... will be calling Zack again at Xpromo when l need another Transport...

I would not recommend this company to ship anything. We hired this company October 25th to ship a vehicle from Michigan to Minnesota. We paid the down payment. After that things went downhill, rapidly. Both my husband and I tried each day to keep in touch with someone at this company to get a date to ship our truck. Communication was not good. After a week of not getting our truck even scheduled, we got an excuse that Halloween disrupted the schedule. We tried again the following Monday, after Halloween, to get a shipping date and the response was, just give us two or three more days. I asked if they could guarantee me that the truck would be picked up in those 2 or 3 more days and they said no. I said I needed to think about it and I would call them back in a few minutes after talking it over with my husband. I called another shipper immediately and then called back Alex, at Xpromo, and said we no longer be using their services. Alex told me he would get our down payment back via Zelle, which we didn't even use to pay the down payment, which I thought was odd. I sent Alex my Zelle information and 8 days later, no down payment has been returned.
