The repairs were carried out promptly but
The repairs were carried out promptly and correctly to a good standard. There was a need to order two small parts which had been missed during the quotation phase. This was understandable in view of the nature of the parts but it necessitated another round trip of 25 miles to sort it out..I was promised that the parts would be in within a couple of days and that I would get a phone call to agree when the job could be completed. That didn't happen and I had to chase. People then didn't phone back when promised so I had to phone again. Communication needs improvement and promises should be kept. It is now done but the hassle spoiled what was a good job

I didn't give 5 stars as there was a mix up confirming my time to arrive. From booking 2 weeks earlier, I didn't get a confirmation from 'morning' and explaining the arrangements. The body shop could have turned me away with their schedule when I arrived 'late' but they stayed and I collected at 5.30pm.

Excellent job for a very reasonable price
The work on my car is fabulous! My car went into the spray shop with the entire passenger side scuffed and buckled in due to a scrape alongside a concrete post. Received it back the same day and you'd never know it had ever been damaged. I am so impressed with the skill of the work along with the very reasonable pricing of this service and would recommend Xpress Centre Barnsley to everyone.

Superb Service, Highly Recommended!
I recently had my car repaired at Xpress Centres Leamington Spa following an end of lease inspection. I only had a few days to get the work done before it was due to be collected and I was facing a bill of over £600. The whole process was really simple and I saved over £200 using Xpress and I was given a free replacement car for the day. I would highly recommend the service, especially the technician at Leamington Spa that carried out the repairs.

Lots of people get caught out when handing their vehicle back on these plans, often people don’t realise they don’t have to get these repairs done via their PCP provider and this can prove to be an expensive mistake.
Bumper replacement and paint match
Xpress centre Bicester replaced and paint matched my rear bumper. Very friendly and highly competent service. They made a great job of the replacement and the paint match is perfect. They called me when the car was ready and had even vacuumed the interior ready for me to collect
