I have only given a one star rating because:-
Despite the fact that the work was extremely well done by your technician you still haven't sent me an invoice. The work has been payed for, on the day the work was done, and an invoice was promised for the next day.
Since then I've made repeated telephone request to your customer service team. Each request was answered with' Yes, I'll get that done', but still nothing after 12 days.
Not impressed with this.
Please send the invoice as a matter of urgency.
You know where to send it, so no excuse.
