Deeply unprofessional, discriminatory, and lacks basic competence

My experience with processes managed by xpath.global was deeply disappointing. Throughout the entire process, I encountered a complete lack of transparency, nepotism, and clear discriminatory/racist practices. As a global mobility and HR platform, they fail to provide a fair, structured, or professional environment, using complex multi-layered corporate structures to avoid accountability.
Furthermore, their operational incompetence is mind-boggling: despite submitting all my official passport and identity documents on time, they failed to correctly match my name on the job offer and onboarding contracts with my official passport name. For a company whose core business is global HR and compliance, making such amateurish mistakes on fundamental legal documents is a major legal risk and clear proof of their utter lack of respect for professionals. They hide behind ungrounded excuses and unfair practices. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform.

Terrible service experience

They informed me in the night for the appointment that I must be in another country. Appointment was in the next upcoming early morning. Because of that mistake I spent from my own pocket for 3 months in a new country. And I was not able to work that 3 months because of the mistake again. Terrible experince from my side. And if I was not sending mail to follow up contuniously, they were not doing following my phase for the new needed appointment that occured because of their mistake.

I missed my appointment due to there…

I missed my appointment due to there was no coordination at all, and instead of the responsible person, his son arrived after my appointment cancelled and we needed to make another appointment for two months later, he didn't show up on time he didn't came at all, only 16 yo guy. This is really catastrophic.
